I’ve bought this heater 2 times and first time worked a charm! This time I’ve had nothing but complications. Exhaust heat wrap wasn’t good enough and would smoke when heater was on so bought my own exhaust wrap. Bigger concern believe it or not is the heater keeps turning itself off for some reason. Unsure if it’s timer related or fuel or glow plug. Never consistent. Sometimes it runs 2 hours in the morning fine and then won run for 10 minutes in the evening before cutting out. Other times 30 minutes of heat then cut out and on restart it just keeps curing out. Voltage is high and connections fine it seems to be heater issue.

Unit only worked 4-5 time before failing. Tried customer service but getting nowhere except sending me the same messsge multiple times. Quality was as expected, fairly basic and cheaply made but good enough to do the job. Worked well when it do work.

The most inefficient and ineffective diesel heater I have had the misfortune of buying. It works, but chews through many times more fuel than my other diesel heaters (which, admittedly, were 20x the price) and gives feeble heat... Except at the exhaust. The exhaust gets REALLY hot. It's the only thing that does. I chucked it out and forked out a few grand for a Wallas instead.

Worst customer service ever!!! Product threw codes, wouldn’t heat, wouldn’t power off and leaked fuel. Not sure I’d ever recommend this or any other product to anyone. The 30 day warranty, bogus!

Replace fuel pump, the module , the igniter, and finally threw it away, I’ve had multiple diesel heaters some last all season, fuel pumps are problems and most of them but when you’ve gotta work on it weekly, it’s time to try a different model

Bought this unit and it hasn't worked enough to know. E10 codes it keeps throwing. They want to replace the combustion chamber but its a fuel pump/electrical issue. They only msg back at 5am EST so we are going a week almost of a slow attempt to correct the issue without sending us a new unit. Time will tell what actually goes down.

Si le produit est pas mal, la durite de carburant fournie avec, est une vrai merde ! Elle devient poreuse tres rapidement, obligeant à tout redémonter pour la changer par une durite de qualité.

Défaillance a l'achat, SAV pas du tout réactif il et écrit 48h max 1 semaine aprait toujours pas de réponse obligé de les harceler pour qu'il réponde

Die Heizung lief bei mir täglich 8h um ein kleines Büro zu heizen. Nach 1 Woche war das erste mal die Einspritzpumpe verstopft. Ließ sich mit etwas Druckluft aber beheben. Nach 2 Wochen fing sie dann an zu Rußen. Habe den Brenner zerlegt und gereinigt, war komplett voll mit Ruß. Nach der Reinigung dauert es nun nur 1-2 Tage bis die Brennkammer wieder komplett dicht ist und die Heizung in störung geht. Da man keine Klassische Einspritzdüse hat, die man tauschen kann, geht nun die ganze Heizung auf den schrott und wurde durch eine Eberspecher ersetzt.
