I have had this unit for over a month now and cant even use it nor did I know that the exhaust / intake and fuel line are all right next to each other but thats not even the bad part thier is fuel leaking from the burner area and dripping on to the intake which is next to the hot exhaust. I paid 150 dollars for the unit and vevor offered me 38 dollar return... un acceptable I want a full return or replaced with a unit that the exhaust comes out the side where it should be vented to..

Brand new heater, doesn't work out of the box. Wait 3 weeks for a new fuel pump, new fuel pump doesn't fix the problem. 5 weeks all I get from customer service is wait 24-48 hours for a reply. 2 days wait on EVERY reply. 5 weeks and I still don't have a working heater or a resolution in sight.

Ordred this item but never received it. Had to get a refund after 3 weeks of no progess half way through the shipping. Had to settle for another style but not what i wanted. I did receive a refund. But had to ask for the warranty refund as well.

apparaat is kapot geleverd display krijgt wel stroom maar werkt niet, klantenservice reageert niet en je krijgt een standard mail dat er met 48 uur een reactie volgt en dan is het stil.

The biggest P.o.s I have ever bought

I bought this diesel heater and upon assembling and setting it up was unable to get it to run or heat up. Multiple error codes. Customer service sent me a link explaining the error code. I have made multiple attempts to return the item within the 30 day return period and customer service is being very uncooperative. I am not satisfied with Vevor's customer service and I will purchase a diesel heater from a different manufacturer.

J'ai jamais reçu mon colis j'ai dû me retirer de cette achat là dernière fois un circulateur à eau chaude 1 mois et demi de délais de livraison. UPS au Saguenay Lac-St-Jean c'est pas terrible comme livraison.

Not good. The description was a little bit misleading. None of the buttons function the way the booklet says they do. Can't get it paired to my phone. Technical assistance is impossible to find. I can't even figure out how to return it. This was my first purchase from vevor and possibly my last!

I haven't owed the products I've bought long enough can't give a good review on them till I've used them enough for 6/12 months then ask me what I think as for this heater it works but the blower tube won't stay on or go over the port so over all a 2 as of now.

L'appareil est arrivé les vis de fixation non serrés et certaine dans l'appareil ou manquante carrément obligé de démonter en petit bout pour les récupérer et ce débrouillé pour les manquantes une honte
