Am achiziționat acest produs pt o încăpere mica, dar din păcate scoate fum alb cu miros de motorina și pe partea unde da căldură, am luat legătura cu cei de la vevor mai îndrumat sa fac niște chestii pt a remedea problema dar din păcate nu a foat asa, tot se simte miros de noxe în aerul cald...

The product could be great, but that one, I recieved, came with some ventilator fault. The costumer service is terribe: They wanted me, to dissamble the machine, find the fault, make more videos. (As far as I'm not an engineer, it took me a while...) Ok, then they offered me a new ventilator, which i should replace.... Ridiculous. Then they sent the new part, but now, I'm forced to make the customs process, paid the toll, etc. Also it takes weeks, and i can not use the machine.

No instructions no info on Bluetooth no info on the controller basically no info which makes this dangerous for those that don’t know how to operate them. Very unprofessional very poor customer service and after care.

only had this thing 3 months, and it stopped working error code 09, spoke to vevor they send they wanted to send me a part to fix it !!!! i said no you have 12 month warranty right on the front page of this i want my money back or a new unit, they said they would send me $20 back for my troubles only nothing more.... DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT HONOR THERE WARRANTY !!!!!!!
