The fuel pump did not work out of the box. have to order a new one to make the unit work.

DO NOT BUY! This thing almost killed my coworker. To start, the heater arrived with very damaged packaging. I contacted Vevor, they told me the damage was only cosmetic and offer $20 for me to keep it. I pulled the cover off to inspect the internals, they looked ok. I used the heater less that 10 times for 3-4 hours each time and and now the heater has basically blown up... The last fire up it started normally, then began to leak exhaust into the ventilation fan. This was blowing carbon monoxide into my work area! The CO alarm did not go off! My coworkers began to feel dizzy and were slurring their words, if another staff member had not come to check on us we could have easily passed out and died from CO poisoning! We followed the instructions exactly for start up and shut down. This is a dangerous machine. The build quality is awful and the service is equally garbage. DO NOT BUY! Do not waste your money or risk your life.

Terrible, could never get running

I ordered and received my Vevor diesel heater just before Christmas. It ran great for about three weeks. Then periodically it wouldn’t start so I had to turn it off unplugged and restart it. After another week of messing with that. I ordered a new igniter. I replaced the igniter and then seem to work for two more days. Today for the second time, I took it all apart, completely cleaned it. It started back up ran for 15 minutes and then got another error code E8. The pump is working the fuel tank is full and yet the machine is not running again. I only use off-road diesel.

Never worked out of the e box have sent emails and can’t get a call to refund my money for the piece of shit

The product worked once. Warranty doesnt exist with this guys , you have just a chat button, nobody cares, customer care 0, they said that will send me a part to change it my self, not normal,

Waardeloos brengt zeker geen 8 kw al weer een keer rotsooi gekocht

Een maand geleden deze kachel gekocht en heeft 20 minuten gedraaid. Ik had op dat moment een kachel nodig dus opsturen geen optie intussen nieuwe pomp gemonteerd, dit mocht niet helpen. Dus geen kachel terug sturen zal niet gaan omdat er aan gewerkt is. Weg €135

It already stopped working iv only used it 3 times
