S-a stricat după 3 -4 luni de folosinta,am schimbat deja pompa odată de motorină și acum este a 2-a oară când se strica

Fonctionnait bien mais parfois probleme E8 aleatoire jusqu'a maintenant. Cependant au bout de 1mois 1/2 la il ne fonctionne plus du tout , E8 a chaque démarrage , grosse fumé blanche et s'éteint. impossible de relancer.

Un peu déçu de mon achat, le réservoir fuit, j ai maintenant du gasoil plein le plancher...pas cher mais pas top...je pense que c est le bouchon qui fuit, et pourtant je n avais pas fait le plein complet. Sinon ça chauffe bien.

Really like these diesel heaters, but the issue with the 2KW is they ship with a 22ml pump, which from my research, it should be a 16ml, and the settings are not correct. At least with mine, you can't adjust the Hz on these, and mine ran rich enough it coked up. I'm only at 750ft above sea level. Running it on "Plateau" mode it runs better, but is still too rich on the highest setting. You can visibly see some black "soot/smoker" in the exhaust on 6th "Gear", to the point I'm afraid to run on high again, as tearing these down to clean is messy and a bit of a PITA. If the control was programable, you'd be able to adjust to lean out. They just run way too rich on the factory settings. Now I'll probably have to purchase a 16ml pump and different control to tune this, as from what I've gathered, no one has figured out a way into these to adjust the AFR, or if it is even possible. So looks like I'll be buying a 16ml pump and old style control, as Vevor tech was of no help. If you don't really need a 2KW, I'd go with a 5KW with older style control. Do your reseach, it may save you $50-$60 on additional parts to swap out.

J’ai été vraiment satisfait pendant les 15 premiers jours, malgré le mode d’emploi en anglais ensuite la pompe à carburant ne fonctionnait plus malgré que j’avais suivi à la lettre les recommandations. J’espère qu’il vont prendre en charge la panne et me répondre rapidement! Donc j’attends la suite et si pas de solution, j’achèterai sur Amazone pour le service après-vente.

Overall unit is ok simple design the led screen on the unit is small hard to see it’s not removable so the only option is to use the blue Tooth app. The menu options on the led screen take some time to understand you don’t have all the same options on the app. I decided to put a fuel filter in the unit after doing some research (plenty of videos on diesel heaters). The videos point out the fuel line issues when I took the cover off the fuel line (soft flexible rubber) from the fuel tank was kinked the fuel line coming out of tank was so close to the back end of the unit and it was routed up, the line easily bends so it easily kinks. so installed the hard white fuel lines and fuel filter. Vevor customer service was ok when contacting them.

I had high hopes for this unit. I have 2 heaters from Vevor, this one and the small version. The smaller one just doesn't quit, it chugs along like a trooper keeping my trailer warm. I bought the second one to supplement my heat and take advantage of the bigger tank and plug in option. I have been diligent in adding fuel additive to the gas can. After about a week the unit would just quit and I would have to do some problem solving outside in severe weathe, and trust me, our deep Canadian winter has been brutal this year. Finally the fuel pump failed and I had to uninstall it, being it in and replace the fuel pump with an upgraded one. I'll clean out the one I removed to keep as a spare. Pretty disappointed in this one, the small one? Still chugging along as it should..

Eine Bluetoothkopplung via App ist nicht möglich. Man erkennt den Bluetoothnamen, aber eine Kopplung beim Scan ist nicht möglich. Kontaktformular auf Vevorseite schlägt beim Bildtransfer Fehl, der aber Zwingend erforderlich ist.

Bonjour suite à plusieurs de nos échanges je n'ai toujours pas de réponse concernant l'impossibilité de se connecter au chauffage via lapplication. L'appareillage du chauffage avec mon téléphone ne fonctionne pas .
