I don’t know where they come up with 2 litre from, because it certainly is’nt the capacity of the tank. The carb from my 6hp outboard totally fills it leaving little room for solvent

Das Gerät ist okay. Aber leider ist der Kundenservice so was von schlecht. Zu dem Geräteumfang gehört laut Bedienungsanleitung ein Korb. Leider schafft es Vevor nicht diesen nachzusenden - ganz im Gegenteil. Es wird auf keine Mail reagiert. Der Paypal Konflikt wird so gelöst, dass das Gerät zurückgesendet werden kann. Kosten der Rücksendung müssen anscheinend selber gezahlt werden. Also Gerät eigentlich okay. Verkäufer auf jeden Fall meiden!

Arrived damaged. Box damaged and re-taped over damage. Knowingly delivered damaged. Made claim with VEVOR. Sent requested pics Offered small discount instead of replacement. Would much rather an undamaged unit. This one is new but the corner is crushed.

Lo he usado y no veo resultados apreciables que no consiga un buen lavado con detergente y agua caliente y otros disolventes. Ahora parece que hay que contar con otro gasto en un líquido específico para untrasonidos. Quitar el óxido tan como lo ponen en algunos vídeos es impensable, no quita el óxido. La grasa se puede quitar por otros medios. Las monedas si tienen mucha roña ni media. O sea que estamos ante un invento utópico como puede ser la "freidora de aire" y otros cacharros qeu solo sirven para hacer vídeos muy interesantes, pero mentira absoluta. No limpia nada de nada. Ahí está el cacharro por 42€ lo cual no es un dolor pero estoy seguro de haber hecho el ridículo.

Very disappointed with this company ordered a ultrasonic record cleaner waited 3 week before I called waited another 2 weeks nothing arrived shipping said it had left Sydney for perth and that was it ! Rang the courier who said we would look into it and contact me with the result ,rang again a week later still no reply on delivery rang the company I purchased from couldn’t answer questions so refunded my money , still no show on the article s . Ended up ordering one through kogan and it arrived a week later and that was supplied by this company! Will not be ordering again from here too unreliable for their delivery service

Il est indiqué dans le descriptif que la cuve est en acier inoxydable, or ce matériau ne devrait normalement pas rouiller. Pourtant, je l’ai achetée il y a moins d’un mois et j’ai déjà de la rouille qui apparaît dès sa 1er utilisation au fond de la cuve... Cela prouve bien qu’il ne s’agit pas d’inox, ou alors d’un inox de très mauvaise qualité. J'ai fait une demande de SAV il y a 5jours mais toujours aucun retour...

Auf Nachfrage beim "Kundenservice-Team" habe ich mehrfach die gleiche E-Mail erhalten. Auf mein eigentliches Problem wurde nicht eingegangen. Das "Ding" ist so extrem laut, da fehlen mir echt die Worte. Als Antwort erhielt ich folgendes: Sehr geehrter Kunde, vielen Dank für Ihre Kontaktaufnahme mit dem VEVOR Support Center. Die Reinigungsmaschine ist eine Industrieanlage und erzeugt daher relativ laute Geräusche. Dies liegt hauptsächlich an ihren technischen Eigenschaften. Sie erzeugt etwa 40.000 Geräusche pro Sekunde, wenn die hochfrequenten Vibrationen der Wassermoleküle auf die zu reinigenden Gegenstände und den Edelstahl-Innentank treffen.
