UPDATED 10/5/2026 Barely a year later and an inner mechanism has melted. I am incredibly grateful it did not cause a fire. Their solution? "You are outside of warranty but as a goodwill faith gesture you can pay $94 for a new one" That is a laughable response and I don't think I would even feel comfortable using their press anymore anyways. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Original Review Love this heat press. There are a couple cold spots at the back but overall it’s a great press. Love the slide out feature and the blue color.

Bon le produit n'est pas bon, les fixations ce sont cassé après quelques mois d'utilisations rendant la machine inutilisable car on ne peux plus mettre de pression, le haut de la presse remonte ( voir photo ). Avant que ça ne casse , utilisation difficile car l'angle ne laisse pas la place de mettre bien ces t-shirts, pulls etc... et les mousses du dessous seront vos pires ennemies à ne jamais être en place. Le téflon intégré s'arrache pouvant laisser des traces due à des plis pendant le pressage ( j'ai du rajouter des aimants voir photo ). Je déconseille même si le prix est très attractif.

The press arrived fast and it was as described in the add. But it is not working. It worked for 2 weeks, but the press doesn't respect the target heat and keeps heating even after passing the temperature fixed on the board. Then, it just completely stopped heating at all. Also, the timer is not starting all the time when I lower the handle to press. Overall, it seems like the product I needed, but it as a quality problem and I just can't use it. Small note, that might have been a delivery accident, but a corner of the press outter shell was bended a little, like it was hit in transport* Simon

It's a piece of crap, don't waste your money the press do not heat properly and I wasted a lot of tshirt because of it. The client service is even worse they take forever to answer and they only say my demand was marked as urgent and nothing still dont have my refund.

La compré tengo 1 mes de haberla pedido la he usado 3 veces y ya se ha dañado no cierra la bandeja automática he escrito porque se supone que tiene garantía y he escrito 5 veces no me dan respuesta y no tienen número de teléfono solicito la devolución de mi dinero o el cambio de la maquina

Máquina incapaz de fijar correctamente los DTF. Abrimos una reclamación desde el primer día y, casi dos meses después, seguimos sin solución. La atención al cliente se limita a correos con respuestas cada 24-48 horas, alargando el proceso indefinidamente. He perdido completamente la confianza en la marca y ya no quiero ni reparación ni sustitución, solo la devolución del importe. Muy decepcionada con el producto y con el servicio postventa.

This is a terrible heatpress. I tried to return it and they offered to refund me partially if I would keep it. This heat press does not hold it's heat. It constantly cycles over a 20 degree span. The heat does not go all the way to the edge, so basically you have a 13x13 press, it does not hold heat, and the pad is not attached. You have to pull the pad out, place your shirt on it and push it back on the bottom plate. I run 2 other heat presses in my shop, and they don't have these issues (other brands). But Vevor says it is normal! I really just want to return and get a refund and they are refusing. I will not be purchasing any other Vevor products! This whole experience has been insane.

Looks OK, but quality is not good. Cheap China product. Not possible to alter pressure, turning pin stuck due to use of cheap materials. No good workspace. Narrow opening makes it har to press anything else than small t-shirts. I have been in having a small print business for 15 years, I have worn out several heat press machines but they have lasted years. This lastet less than a day.

I had a question immediately after I received the equipment. A simple question, how to purchase a cover, and how to glue the foam to the pallet. Many attempts to call, to chat, to email and all failed. I would never consider even mentioning this company, after 40 years in business, I finally saw the worse ever vendor.

Just stopped working. Need another asap.
