The rooftop carrier is as described and seems well made and is competitively priced. It was easily fitted to my roof racks. Aspects of design need improving. The 8 screw down attachments inside the carrier stick up about 10cm and reduce usable space for larger items (such as boogie boards). This creates friction points for anything resting on them. Also opening the box requires two hands - one towards the front and the other towards the back of the box. I have not driven with it in the rain yet, so do not know how well it is sealed.

Product arrived 3 weeks late to start, but i was refunded 30 dollars for the inconvenience. Materials aren’t exactly top grade. Top cover seems very flimsy. My biggest concern is the fact they send these 4 Ushaped screws that go under the roof rack bars and screw into these 4 screw tops that appear to be 3D printed plastic which may or may not or hold up well. Only time will tell. But the specific thing about these Ushaped screws are that they are about 3.3 inches wide. So if your bars are smaller in width, there will be space where it isn’t fully flush, which may lead to the cargo box becoming loose with use.(the photo i uploaded will show what i mean). Just unfortunate since the product was advertised to fit UP to 3.3inch wide bars. So my only advice would be for the manufacturer to provide multiple sizes to accommodate for different bar sizes, or for the consumer to make sure they have wide enough bars to ensure a secure fit. The opening and closing of the top is also very flimsy and hard to do sometimes. The first couple of times, i ended up having the top slam on my hand when pulling on the handle provided inside because it isn’t a smooth closing mechanism. I’m probably not gonna try and return it as it seems they won’t provide a free return due to their return policy. Will probably just use it once and then try to resell it to someone else privately. It’s a good product for someone who is looking for an ultra light duty cargo box that has 3.3 inch wide roof bars and doesn’t wanna break the bank. But for myself personally, it won’t be a forever purchase unfortunately.
