Received the pump quickly, hook up was a breeze after running only an hour noticed the concrete under the pump was wet. Checked and tightened the bolts connecting the motor housing to PVC filter housing which were all fairly loose. That did not resolve the issue. Disconnected the pump, took motor housing off to check o rings, all was intact but still put a new o ring in - closed it back up and reconnected. Still leaked so contacted VEVOR. Their suggestion was for me to try to repair, which I had already done. I again asked for a replacement. They offered 2 options 1: they would refund 1/2 my purchase price and I could keep the leaky one OR 2: I could return the leaky pump and once they received it and checked it they would send a replacement. Neither are acceptable. I want a full refund and a NON VEVOR pump! Very crappy customer service. Can’t speak with a human. All communication is via email

Pump works just ok..plugs easily.. and flow is NOT what is claimed..I work on many pools and its ok for a cheaper lower flow pump...

La pompe manque de puissance, elle n’est pas auto amorçable et Vevor refusé mon retour je me retrouve avec une pompe inutilisable, j’ai donc perdu de l’argent

Hayward pump which we had used for 10 yrs stopped working in May.
It was my fault to buy this one because of low price. ~~
It stopped working after a week.
The heat from the motor was a little bit too much.(The surface of Hayward was always pretty normal)
I had to buy a Hayward hastily on Amazon because the swimming season has arrived.
I should buy Hayward at first.
It is a good exprience. I payed over for my a pump(Hayward and Vevor pump)

Patrice Langlais A arrêté de fonctionner proprement après 2 semaines.
A bien fonctionné durant 2 semaines, bonne pression, pas trop bruyant avec tout le nécessaire pour le raccordement. Mais depuis 2 semaines la pression a chuté et il fait un cliquetis dans la section de la pompe. Ça fait maintenant plus que 72hres que j'attends un retour du service à la clientèle sans procédure pour l'échange et/ou retour et remboursement. Je suis TRÈS DÉÇU DU SERVICE.

Andy J M Evans Never delivered
Despite endless excuses this pump was never delivered. So is it any good? I guess we’ll never know. The odd thing is they asked me to review the product knowing I never received it. Their delivery system has serious issues and I would avoid buying anything from Vevor again
