Good quality, well made in every way but doesn't feel really safe. The height I got was too high for the lack of decking.

The joint is twisted, so the safety pin cannot pass through the hole when the stand is extended, and therefore cannot perform its safety function. The price is absolutely too high for this level of quality. I’m reconsidering whether I will order anything from you again.

Item arrived damaged. Not only would the top locking pin not fit into its hole but there was a cracked weld of the plate supporting the pin.

This came with significant damage to one of the hinge joints in the center, due to how it was packaged (box didn’t protect it well), and the metal wasn’t very sturdy. It opened but then wouldn’t close because of the damage. It was incredibly heavy, bulky, and unwieldy. There was damage to the platform surface as well, again because of no protection. Worst of all, instead of simply taking it back when I asked for a return, I was given the run-around with multiple messages exchanged without resolution, even after sending several photos. They tried to blame the damage on the shipping company, but it was clearly an issue with product quality and lack of protective packaging. Then they tried to give me a pittance of a discount and told me to hammer out the damage. To a HINGE that bears the structural support for the item. Buyer beware; free returns doesn’t mean anything when they won’t take things back. Finally they did, when I said I wouldn’t shop here anymore… but it is incredibly disappointing that it took that much for them to do the right thing.
