chainsaw does not work no spark tried to access warranty but couldnt as i cant send pics so this is m y only avenue o complaint hope you can help

Won't rev up, won't restart after refilling with fuel. Local small engine shop said that the high adjustment is stripped/ bent so it will not hold position. Customer service is a hassle, they keep requesting pictures and i keep sending them, getting nowhere. I will say that I also purchased the 12" and it works great.

Terrible experience terrible customer service. My package did not arrive. The app showed delivered, but didn’t receive anything and they are not willing to refund never gonna purchase from them again, don’t count on refund if anything goes wrong.

Kann ich nicht beurteilen, da mit größtem Recht eine 54ccm Version geliefert wurde. Eine Rückabwicklung wird verweigert, da man auf Mängelrügen nicht antwortet. Es gibt bei VEVOR weder KEIN verbrieftes RÜCKGABERECHT UND SOMIT AUCH KEINEN GARANTIEANSPRUCH. Ich kann vom Kauf bei diesem SHOP nur dringend ABRATEN, um sich vor Schaden zu schützen. Ein Stern ist eigentlich zu viel, da der Kauf ungültig ist. Im Volksmund gäbe es dafür einenen gängigen Begriff.

I followed instructions, despite multiple attempts it will not start. Spark plug working, correct fuel mix used. Quite frustrating for a brand new engine!

La máquina no arranca, he sido incapaz de arrancarla desde que la compré hace más de mes y medio. Los del servicio de atención al cliente solo me dicen una y otra vez como hay que arrancarla, pero el problema es que la máquina no funciona, he intentado arrancarla como ellos dicen infinitas veces. Tras todo este tiempo no dan soluciones, les he pedido cambio, devolución o un punto donde llevarla y que la reparen, pero ninguna solución despues de tanto tiempo. Jamás compren en Vevor, ni este ni ningún producto, porque como tengan problemas técnicos nunca tendrán solución, ni aun siendo un artículo nuevo y nunca usado porque es imposible usarlo. Estoy muy decepcionado y me siento estafado por esta web que ofrece artículos de los que luego no se responsabiliza, ni siquiera en el caso de un artículo nuevo y sin estrenar.

Never Received the chainsaw so I couldn't tell you whether it's a good or bad one. All I can say is the the customer service isn't anything to brag about. I did finally receive my refund. I had planned to buy a truck bed cover for my truck but after this experience I am alittle bit guarded about buying anything else from VEVOR!

I have not received my saw. I order on Maech 14, 2026. Where is it.

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. This chainsaw is absolutely not worth having and the extended warranty I purchased is also useless as vevor will not make it right. The chainsaw almost got me hurt because it dies with with the throttle open and has a full tank of gas while I was falling a tree. It also leaks the bar and chain oil out of the machine when it isn't running. I've messaged multiple times and live chatted customer service and they just tell me to wait and finally said that it won't run if the filter isn't submerged? How is that my problem if it's full of gas? I'd like to have purchased other items from vevor but if this is how it's going to be I will shop elsewhere. I feel that I at least deserve a refund and return this saw that I can't use
