I received a brand new 58cc chainsaw with 20@ chain, and it is not working. So, my experience is not good as a new customer of this brand. I contacted service support and am waiting to be contacted back

Très déçu, en fait, au début, problème de démarrage et maintenant difficulté de démarrer à chaud en plus lanceur HS

After 3rd use on off switch stopped working. I have to choke it to turn it off. Not a good thing for I saw that you'd like to use one handed.

Gas cap is missing the gasket, “leaks gas” going on day 5 with emails daily stating VEVOR is helping but providing no solutions. All I need is a gasket it isn’t that hard. Just send one.

Bought this to trim small trees and wood logs on my forested property. It would not take the chain and bar provided and was missing the insert teeth attachment. I am not able to use this one at all.

Handle broke off during first use. Customer service was a pain to deal with. Never got a refund or replacement

I just recently purchased this Saw and the side panel tabs are broken. I’ve requested a new side panel and I keep on getting the runaround. I’ve been spending a lot of money here lately with this company but if I don’t get a new panel, I’m probably gonna go buy anything else from them poor Customerservice.

These EU versions are different from the US versions. This is a ultra low-quality, trash chainsaw. Mine came complete with a cracked air filter, compression loss, and a screw that came loose and wreaked havoc on the flywheel, sending dangerous shrapnel flying. DO NOT BUY THIS SAW. Vevor needs to pull this trash off the market. Edit: Turns out that this saw is actually 54cc. The piston measures 45mm (not 45.2mm like many other "62cc" saws) and is based on a much cheaper chassis than the US model. So there's no upgrade path for the top end either. This european model is a massive downgrade from the US model.

J'ai ouvert le carton hier, et malheureusement je n'arrive pas a démarrer la tronçonneuse malgré l'usage d'un carburant prêt a l'emploi de qualité...il semblerait que l'allumage se fasse bien car étincelle a la bougie..
