Waiting to hear back regarding a quality issue! Was told that I would get an email addressing my concern! Saw does not run at idle, hard to restart, i assume low speed jet is plugged in carburetor! Need to hear back for warranty.

Chainsaw leaks chain oil and gas from inside case. Drains out the bottom of the housing. The saw was only used a couple of times before this started. Vevor has been terrible about responding to the issue. I would not buy from them again at this point. I tried to upload a picture if the chainsaw but the site didn't allow it.

I didn't receive all the parts and customer service has failed to send them. I haven't received any further info from CS. The chainsaw body is useless without a bar and chain. I am very disappointed in how this has been handled. I would not recommend ordering this product.

I have been a client of Vevor for years and made many purchase. On a recent purchase the item description and pictures appear to be incorrect and therefore the item does not meet my minimum needs. I requested a simple return and Vevor responded with basically what appeared to be the process for a hostage negotiation. All I requested was the return shipping label which they have refused to provide. They are also either not responding to my email requests or are delaying their responses. Additionally, they are sending me requests for reviews but then the URL shows 'not available.' I have no idea what is going on, but will apparently, I will need to dispute my charges through PayPal. Very unfortunate they have taken a simple return and made it a difficult process.

My saw will crank but after a few cuts shuts off and will not restart. It has to sit for a while. Im using specified pre mix fuel and bar oil. Order Number 26041600904418409497

Je suis vraiment déçu par cette tronçonneuse. Après 1ère utilisation la chaîne ne coule plus. Avant même utilisation le starter ne fonctionne pas. Celui-ci ne reste pas bloqué en haut quand on tire dessus pour faire le 1er démarrage Après avoir tant entendu des échos au sujet de cette tronçonneuse....le résultat en vrai n'a rien a voir....Serait-ce des mensonges tous ce qui a été dit et montrer sur les différentes chaînes de réseau sociaux ?

No funciona el mecanismo de frenado de seguridad, llevo más de 2 semanas reclamando la devolución y de momento sólo dicen que espere que están revisando mi caso. Hasta el momento estoy muy insatisfecho con el producto y el servicio postventa.

Med en såpass stor såg till det priset så förväntar jag mig inte en premiumprodukt. Men att den ska hålla mer än 10 minuter, det förutsätter jag. 4 gången jag skulle starta så hoppade något i gasreglaget sönder. Så nu går sågen inte att starta och är ur bruk. Sågen startade fint vid leverans. Och med lite inställningar så går den säkert fint. Mennjag han inte dit innan den gick sönder.

I couldn’t put the chain and bar cover on after an hour of trying. I don’t recommend buying this saw.

I bought a top handle chainsaw. The tracking never worked or updated the whole duration of a month. I Never Received my saw either. I did get a full refund. But no explanation from the company of where the saw was or what happened.
