Purchased saw put all together trying to adjust the chain, there was no Phillips hex in adjustment. They never put one in, someone never did there job to check before shipping. Now j have to wait longer and the customer service is procrastinating my order.Very disappointed in Vevor.

Was looking forward to getting this little guy to help out on clearing small saplings on fence rows. I just received it and opened it to find it was bust all to pieces. I guess that explains the delay in shipping 🤦🏻‍♂️ hopefully they’ll send me another asap!

I could never get it to start, and in the end the recoil rope (pull cord) wouldn't retract. Very disappointed. I'm waiting for a solution from Customer Service, and then I might change my product review. Right now, it's completely negative.

Wont start at all, we have tried with starting fluid and everything. Much compression and spark, but wont fire

I am highly disappointed with how cheaply made this chainsaw and how quickly it deteriorated and is no longer usable, and I’ve only had it less than 5 months. Right off the bat, i noticed the hole where the pull cord sit start to cut open from starting the chainsaw. Immediately thought to myself that there should have been some sort of metal ring or at least something of the sort around the opening to prevent this from happening - bad design. On top of that, the thing leaks oils every time it’s left sitting. Always had to ensure i stored it somewhere it would damage any surfaces of mine. Overall, i wouldn’t even give this product 1 star, but can say i was originally very hopeful and excited about my purchase, but now understand why it was so CHEAP price wise in the first place. Learned my lesson on this one.

This chain saw even though priced well does not operate because it does not have a priming bubble to prime gas to the carb. I advised Vevor of this and they sent another saw without a priming bubble. They must have had a bad production run and forgot to add all the parts. There solution was to offer me $20 instead of refunding me the full amount. I recommend that you should avoid purchasing this saw until Vevor corrects the production error.

Saw didn't work & vevor refused to give a refund, after a video was sent proving the saw didnt work. Horrible company, horrible product

Cuts decently but gets bogged down. Used it about 4 or 5 times and now it won't start. Request a refund but I had to download a video proving it doesn't work.
