Great product..well made ..has made mixing the meat alot easier..very easy to use...my only complaint and it's a minor one.......it's a little difficult to clean because the main mixing bowl doesn't come apart from the rest of the mixer..but I'll live with that.

You cant beat the price of this. Easily hundreds of dollars cheaper than other brands and it is very well made. I used this to make venison bologna and it works great.

Great mixer. Will mix a minimum of 5 lbs. Great price for what you're getting here. I'm very happy I purchased the mixer. I did remove the handle and installed a 17mm socket on my cordless drill and mixed at an accelerated pace.

This mixer performed better than I expected and was easily able to handle 10 pounds of ground pork for my sausage project. The secret is to crank the handle while alternating clockwise and counter clockwise to get good protein extraction. You will also have to move the meat around with a spatula because some of the meat likes to hide in the corners. It is NOT advised to use a cordless drill with a 17 mm socket to turn the gears (this works pretty good if you keep the RPM VERY low); but it's not advised so don't do it because it may void the warranty. Clean up is fairly easily completed because the drum tilts; if you have a sprayer on your kitchen sink or access to a sprayer then that takes care of most of the work. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The meat mixer is well made, all in stainless steel, no thin sheet metal, I recommend buying it for making sausages, it will make your work a lot easier.
