Well made only criticism is when you come to clean and take the paddle out the bolts holding it in are fiddly and if you struggle a bit with grip can be a bit hard to undo I I would have liked to see bigger wingnuts
But that is a very small fault for such a good mixer

Works great for mixing meat for summer sausage. I wish it had an adapter to hook to a drill or mu grinder as it does get tiring turning the handle.

Great mixer for the price. Slides around the counter a bit and the paddle is a bit of a pain to get back in after cleaning but no more frozen hands and cleans up easily.

Works great. Used it yesterday and didn’t have any issues with it at all. One thing would be nice is if I could easily take out the mixer paddles. That would make it easier to empty out and easier for cleaning. Other than that it does a great job for what I need it for.

I thought it would be a bit more solid, but seems to preform quite well. Easy to clean, hope to make a lot of sausage with it!

Used it to mix 30 lbs of kielbasa, did quick work of it. Only complaint is that removing the wing nuts, to get the mixing blade out is tricky for a person with bigger fingers
