I got this product as my partner and I are moving to elminate as much UPF from our diet as possible we both like flatbreads and making flatbreads by hand is slow and tedious and they shrink when cooked. I liked the vertical aspec of this its footprint is very small compared to competitor options. I got this to try to streamline the process and it works, my flatbreads are made in less than five minutes from mixing the dough to having them ready to cook (yes I know leaving the dough to rest is advisable but sometimes life happens and I have 45 mins to get dinner on the table!!) Excellent product, sturdy easy to clean and use. I now make flatbread every second day, I have made puff pastry (a little difficult), I have rolled cookie dough, cracker dough, naan bread, pizza bases any dough that needs an even thickness. It is easy to set up and take down, it cleans down with a few quick wipes. This product is not cheap it is very good. I throughly recommend

Bought this to make pasta and it works great! Our chef said there is no way it will work and well he is using it.. Its heavy and works great.
