This thing is awesome well shaped patties. Quick work. I just used regular square patty sheets instead the round ones. It worked out great.

Mossey Makes burgers easily and fast.

My wife and II made 2 dozen 5" burgers in less than an hour. Including clean up and meat prep. Would have taken me 3 hours manually. This machine looks well made and is reasonably priced.

Item came in box, no damage, all parts were included and assembly was easy. Came with 3 different burger patty sizes. I used the 4" size to make 75 pounds of brats. used the 4" paper on the bottom - and used a 5" piece of paper for the top. The 5" paper on top made it easier to remove from the shelf. We stacked the patties in containers and froze them prior to vacuum sealing. Very happy with its performance. Clean-up was easy. Would definitely recommend to others for purchase.
