I have to be honest the delivery portion was a complete nightmare. I went to the trucking company myself to pick up. It was literally 3 miles from me for days with no delivery insight. After pickup, I set the machine up only to find it was leaking and discovered the o ring in one of the lines had a slit in it. I spoke with someone at Vevor and the said they would have someone review within in 48 hours. Then for weeks would send me videos on how to attach the hoses and not listen about the bad o ring. After a few weeks I finally ordered o rings to fix the machine myself. I guess if you don't have issues, you might be ok. And if you don't have expectations of delivery based off the promise date when ordered you might be ok as well. Thanks Scott

Absolute garbage. Took me 16 days to receive it, worked for maybe 3 hours, now runs a code with little to no help from Vevor. It has one job… to make ice and it can’t even do that. They keep saying someone will email me in 48hrs. It’s been three days… no help, no refund. Seriously, do not waste your time with this company. Go elsewhere. There vevor? Have I got your attention enough to get a refund yet?
