Good product, compact, easy to use, quiet. Reasonably quick about 15mins to produce ice. Good for family use.

It's a good machine, ice making is fairly quick and cubes are a good size. However, the instructions are a bit vague, I'm still not sure of how to get it started, please, better visual instructions.

JCKW Good clear ice, but too bag and the machine was dented

The machine worked well, but I had 2 problems. 1). It was really too big for my kitchen, so I could not have left it on the counter all the time. That's ok because we would usually only need it when we had guests over. 2). the machine was dented on the back and side. There was no damage on the package. I would have ordered another one when I returned it, but there are several other reviews that mention the same problem.

Does its job. Louder noise level than expected. Worth its price.
