Our old ice machine couldn't keep up with our needs, well we bought this little unit and it doesn't disappoint. This machine is fast, it makes way more ice than we need and now have a surplus, we are now a family of three and it's more than fast enough for us. When we were a family of seven this machine would still keep up. I definitely recommend this ice machine. The only down fall is the poorly written Manuel, but its self explanatory, oh and temp display is in Celsius but that doesn't bother me.

Have had it for Less them 3 hrs will not Pump water

Makes one big iceblock, you have to crack to smaller pieces yourself.

Product requires to be moved to access top water fill area via panel. It is taller than expected given that need. I have not used th item and it is in original packaging. Have been trying to return but service is not great via a web platform. I have still to get a return label and am having to chat back and forth to get it. Not customer friendly.

Très déçu 😞

Asco de página y de gente 2 envíos ninguno llego, malísima atención bots

I babied this ice maker only using it a couple times a week. Making roughly 10 lbs of ice each time. All of a sudden it quit working. It did not last long enough for the amount of money it cost. Disappointed!
