Poor quality(not frozen) and when I ask for return product to get fulll refund (even I paid for product protection) they didn’t help it well PS: recommend to use vollarth or Bunn

I’ve had nothing but issues from the beginning with this product, loud, parts breaking and now, won’t spin. Would not recommend

It broke in less than four months of use, I have to fix it and wait for the part, it tokes more than two weeks for the part to arrive and instead of sending the part to my location they shipped it to their warehouse, Accused me of lying saying I received it and in the UPS tracking it clearly says it was delivered to their warehouse in Flanders, NJ My location is in the Bronx, NY about 2 or more hours away.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY PLUS YOU WILL NOT GET ANY CUSTOMERSERVICE EXCEPT SAME MESSAGE THRU EMAIL YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH THIS CHEAP PRODUCTS I HAVE SPENT OVER $3500 FOR ICE MACHINE, SLUSH MACHINE, COFFEE MACHINE AND HOT DOG GRILL THE ONLY THING CURRENTY WORKING IS HOT DOG GRILL . VEVOR MIGHT BE CHEAPER UP FRONT BUT NO LIFE SPAN MY ICE MACHINE NEVER WORKED SINCE DAY 1, COFFEE POT HAND KEEP COMING OFF CANT EVEN FIT 16OZ CUP SLUSH MACHINE QUIT UNDER 2 MONTHS THEY HAVE NO SOLUTION FOR ANY OF THE PRODUCT KEEP SENDING ME SAME VIDEOS ANF I TRIED ALL TROUBLE SHOOTING I ALSO HIRED TECHNICIAN TO FIND ISSUE WITH IT AND VEVOR WILL NOT REIMBURSE OR FIX ANY, I WILL NOT SUGGEST SHOPPING WITH VEVOR.

The machine is less than 2 months old and has grease leaking from machine into slushy mix and I cant get anyone to contact me for help. Ive tried email, theres no chat button that works on their site and I googled a phone number to call and it just rings then says no one is available to call and I need to call back later. My machine has been down for over a week now with no help

I ordered a slushie machine from VEVOR in March 2026. After placing the order, the FedEx tracking number never updated beyond “Label Created,” and the package was never delivered. I contacted customer support multiple times and opened support tickets. Each time, I was told that the delivery had exceeded the shipment window and that I would be issued a refund. Despite these assurances, several months have passed and I have received neither the slushie machine nor the promised refund. The most frustrating part has been the lack of follow-through. While support acknowledged the issue and agreed that a refund was warranted, the refund was never processed, and I have been unable to get a meaningful resolution. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about ordering from this company. I paid for a product that never arrived and was promised a refund that I still have not received.

Did not work the first time I went to use it and wasted product and then had to go get drinks for the party because it wouldn’t freeze so disappointing! Now with customer service they want a video or picture showing the issues I didn’t have my phone on me and certainly wasn’t thinking about taking a picture or video when I’m panicking about why isn’t it working and reading the manual which isn’t very good or helpful very vague information. It also started making weird noises when I was cleaning it out just on the mix mode like they said to do to clean it . I noticed a part floating around in the bottom of the machine which is laying on the condenser as well while I was looking at it and noticed something white sticking out the drip tray holder holes ! I don’t know if something happened with shipping because the box had a warning detector something stating that if red inspect because it’s been damaged some how . … well both were red ! The price was right but if it doesn’t work it’s just wasted money and I don’t have that money to waste . I will update this review when I see how customer service responds after telling them I can’t afford to buy more slushy products just to take a video of it not working and having a part dislodged laying on the condenser makes me uneasy to start it up again .

★☆☆☆☆ Not Happy With This Purchase I am very disappointed with this purchase. We bought two Vevor slush machines, and one of them stopped working shortly after we started using it. When we contacted customer support, we expected them to repair the machine or arrange a return. Instead, they just kept sending us videos showing how to troubleshoot and fix it ourselves. We paid for a new machine, not a repair project. If you're not a handyman or don't have technical experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this product. The build quality feels cheap, and the after-sales support is very poor. For the money we spent, we expected a reliable product and proper customer service, but we got neither. I would not purchase this product again or recommend it to others.

I have had nothing but problems with this machine. The dispensing unit continues to leak to the point the drip tray overflows. The other I believe the back seal is continuously leaking. I have reached out to customer support/tech support on these issues with no resolution. I have been instructed to change and clean the seals with I have done several times. It has been leaking since we got it and has caused an enormous mess since we got it - our floors and cupboards are completely sticky with slushie mix- If we do not empty the drip tray every 1/2 hour with overflows and is a big mess. I have reached out about getting it replace but have not gotten a reposnse.
