This machine is leaking and not freezing

It was a great idea but after getting the unit, I immediately had problems. First, it has a like 1.5HP single compressor and a low powered converter. 1 compressor that freezes both tanks. The problem is that that the start up rampage gets stupid high, like 50-60amps for like 3 seconds to jus roll over. This is far beyond the capacity of most wall plugs. My 3800watt generator cant even run it independently with out kicking on the start up. Realizing the problem, I grabbed a SPP6 capacitor to boost the ampage going into start up and it still is not enough. Was thinking about trying an SPP8 but really, this unit is already a big waste of my money and has been continuously fickle at best. WOULDNT RECOMEND TO MY ENEMY.

The handle broke after only a few times using. The machine is only 2 months old. Hard to recommend. Price was good, so i tried it.

Died 1 week after setup

This product was purchased approximately 1 year ago. It stopped working, leaking oil and making loud grinding noises several weeks ago while it was still under warrantee. I have been trying to resolve the issue with Vevor, but they closed the ticket after saying I was unresponsive to a troubleshooting video they supposedly sent. I later found the video in spam but in a format that required me to purchase and download software to see it. I am very disappointed. It does not seem it should be my responsibility to troubleshoot the unit after sending them detailed information about the problem.

Not a solid machine the lights stop working after 2 days

Cannot get the machine to freeze past 12 degree. Has never worked since I received it. Sent for help multiple times. No phone - continual back and forth via email every 48-72 hours. Waste of my time and money.

Would NOT Recommend Very disappointed with this VEVOR slushy machine. The biggest problem is the temperature control keeps resetting itself back to -1.5°C, even after I set it colder. Because of this, the slush gets runny and the machine doesn’t perform the way it should. I looked into the issue and found other owners on Reddit reporting similar temperature-reset problems, so I don’t appear to be the only one. The worst part is VEVOR’s customer service. For a machine that costs thousands of dollars, there should be real phone support. Instead, you’re stuck dealing with email and chat, and getting proper help has been extremely frustrating. I would not buy another VEVOR machine. If you’re considering one for a business, do your research first. I wish I had.

The machine only worked for 30 minutes. After that, it stopped working altogether. Vevor's customer service takes forever to respond. Absolutely terrible service, totally unreliable technology. The money you save compared to competitors comes at the cost of frustration over the poor quality.
