★☆☆☆☆ Not Happy With This Purchase I am very disappointed with this purchase. We bought two Vevor slush machines, and one of them stopped working shortly after we started using it. When we contacted customer support, we expected them to repair the machine or arrange a return. Instead, they just kept sending us videos showing how to troubleshoot and fix it ourselves. We paid for a new machine, not a repair project. If you're not a handyman or don't have technical experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this product. The build quality feels cheap, and the after-sales support is very poor. For the money we spent, we expected a reliable product and proper customer service, but we got neither. I would not purchase this product again or recommend it to others.

I have had nothing but problems with this machine. The dispensing unit continues to leak to the point the drip tray overflows. The other I believe the back seal is continuously leaking. I have reached out to customer support/tech support on these issues with no resolution. I have been instructed to change and clean the seals with I have done several times. It has been leaking since we got it and has caused an enormous mess since we got it - our floors and cupboards are completely sticky with slushie mix- If we do not empty the drip tray every 1/2 hour with overflows and is a big mess. I have reached out about getting it replace but have not gotten a reposnse.

Received this product hasn't worked! Contact customer service, said they were going to be in touch and haven't heard from them. Very disappointing.

A fuir ! Ce sont des escrocs. La garantie ne font pas . La machine acheté ,2 semaines après des problèmes. Aucune garantie .

WE did not even get a month out of this machine, temp problems. support team, the WORST I have ever seen, not able to assist, just keeps repeating the same line. Asked for a refund and they have started ignoring the emails, HIGHLY recommend not buying this product or any product from this company.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto e non è mai arrivato. Mi hanno fatto il rimborso, su quello sono stati bravi. Ma a noi serviva questo macchinario per lavorare e non ci è mai arrivato

Vevor customer service makes this whole experience even WORSE but the machine does not hold its temperature

Nu estas serio de nada....a pedido una machina de granizado y me as dicho que llegaría en dia de 25/06 y no a leído ni hoy y tanpoco no puedo contactar con nadie ...no estás serio

Does not work rite do not but it trying to my best to work but I trying for weeks still not working
