Takes a long time to heat the water when initially plugged in, but it works fine. The two brew sizes offered on the machine are 6 or 12 Cups, but the included coffee pots only have an 8 Cup capacity???

Table came damaged, corner of table crushed. Box didnt appear to be damaged. I've been in food industry for over 27yrs amd k ow alittle bit abiut S.S. tables. This table is about 28 gauge S.S. (somewhat thin metal) and doesnt have NSF sticker on it so not sure if it will pass Health Dept standards. Seems good for home use for people wanting S.S. looking table. Will see how this plays out, already sent message amd pics to Vevor.

No replacement offered, buttons started breaking and then water started pouring out of the boiler into the electrics. Still trying to get a refund/ replacment and finding it very difficult/.

There is no way this coffee maker could be considered commercial. It is nothing more than a glorified Mr. coffee that you could buy at Walmart for 40 bucks. It took forever to make a half a pot of coffee. I returned promptly and have been fighting for my refund for five days now! Customer service responsiveness is horrible! You can only contact them via email and it takes a day or two for them to respond… Only telling you they will get an answer to you in 48 hours.

Bad purchase, it didn’t work, it doesn’t make coffee.

this machine has been nothing but issue, I've had to fix a couple f things myself and again not working and it's less than 5 months old. Do not buy this item.

VEVOR sells garbage and does not stand behind there product I am still waiting for a ticket to be resolved of warmer waiting months now and then went to use coffee machine and leaking bad

takes forever to make a pot, also so hot you can't drink without burning your mouth. would not recommend

Purchased this in hopes of making coffee 2 pots at a time for my cafe. Won’t even make one pot at a time. The machine leaks water from all cracks, grounds explode, will not brew for 20 minutes or just won’t brew at all. Either overflows the pot or doesn’t fill it past halfway when it does brew. I have never purchased such a terrible machine as this one. I got it because of all positive reviews but there is nothing this machine does right. Finally called it quits and purchased a new one elsewhere.

22 Minutes to brew a pot of coffee, ask to return company refuses to take back .... Over a month later still no chance of a refund . Missing a pot also ... Buyer beware do not use this company.....
