Perfect for home.

This is a great little deli meat and cheese slicer. It works perfectly for slicing thinner slices of ham and cheese and hard salami. I would expect the same result with harder cheeses and other deli meats, as well as harder bakery items such as bagels. This saves me money by buying whole hams and block cheeses to slice, store and use versus purchasing pre-sliced/packaged items at the store. It is a bit more difficult to control the thin/thickness of the slices with larger pieces of meat and cheese due to the smaller slicing disk and feeder, but that is to be expected with the size and power of the product. For the price it does what it is intended to do, so I feel that it is a good value. I also found it easy to clean and store. It also comes with a second slicing disk which is a nice thing to have on hand.

Ik gebruik deze snijder dagelijks voor het snijden van zelf gemaakt brood. Handig dat er een tweede mes bij zit voor het snijden van vlees. Messen zijn van goede kwaliteit en snel uitwisselbaar. Niet verder zoeken, deze degelijke machine is een aanrader.

Very impressed with this slicer for the price. The motor has plenty of power for home use, and it slices evenly and consistently. I’ve used it on brisket, deli meat, cheese, and even partially frozen meat for jerky, and it performs great. The adjustable thickness is smooth, and the extra blade is a huge bonus. It feels solid on the countertop and doesn’t slide around while using it. Cleanup takes a little time like any slicer, but overall this thing is worth every penny if you prep a lot of food at home.
