I retired an old slicer that we had for 20 years. This represented a significant leap in quality and performance. I love the fact that we can slice frozen chicken breast and pork loin for smoking. Good at thin-slicing Jarlsberg for lavosh and roast beef sandwiches. This has a permanent place on the counter.

I had a fully manual meat slicer from Vevor that I got when first starting out. It was great. As I got busier, I needed to become more efficient. I had looked at an automatic slicer for a number of months... I'm so happy with it. Simple to use, safer to use, and more efficient, as I can be placing my meat slices on my dehydrator trays. It is quiet, sounds just the same as my previous, fully manual slicer - just the motor spinning the blade, and the one now controlling the movement of the meat, but it sounds the same to me. The larger blade is great, and the mechanism for securing the meat is flexible, and secure. It is relatively easy to clean, and comes apart where needed to ensure it is fully clean and sanitized.

Your slicer Quality is Right on Top shelf The Price is reasonable the only disadvantage I have is slider rail grabs quite often even after using silicone spray also the meat holder is kinda hard to use maybe I'm out of practice but overall top quality unit 😄 I'm now a loyal customer buying all sorts of products

Blade was damaged upon delivery tried to message customer service and they sent me a link that comes here. Not very helpful so far. I like the meat slicer i ordered other than the damaged blade so far.

Yeah its all good it works it slices and its low cost Im not a deli so only use it now and then but great for what i use and need
