Sehr geehrtes VEVOR-Kundendienstteam, ich schreibe Ihnen bezüglich des VEVOR Goldschmelzofens 1350 W (1150 °C, 1 kg), den ich kürzlich über Ihre Website vevor.de gekauft habe. Bereits nach der ersten Nutzung ist der Keramiktiegel gebrochen. Nun, bei der zweiten geplanten Nutzung, habe ich festgestellt, dass nicht nur der Tiegel defekt war, sondern dass sich auch das Innere des Ofens beschädigt hat. Dabei ist geschmolzenes Silbermaterial in das Innere des Ofens gelangt und dort festgeworden, was auf einen schweren Material- oder Herstellungsfehler hinweist. Der Ofen wurde ordnungsgemäß und gemäß Anleitung verwendet, dennoch ist das Gerät nach praktisch einmaliger Nutzung unbrauchbar geworden. Ein solches Verhalten ist für ein neues Gerät nicht akzeptabel und deutet auf ein defektes Produkt hin. Aus diesem Grund bitte ich Sie um eine der folgenden Lösungen: • Vollständige Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises, oder • Ersatz durch ein neues, einwandfreies Gerät Gerne sende ich Ihnen Fotos vom Innenraum des Ofens, damit Sie den Schaden direkt sehen können, sowie weitere Informationen zur Dokumentation des Schadens. Ich bitte um eine zeitnahe Rückmeldung und eine schnelle Lösung des Problems. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Compre por segunda vez este horno, ya que el primero me ha durado 2 años, y compre el mismo, pero no se corresponde con la imagen ni calienta igual que el anterior. Al segundo uso el crisol que trae (de arcilla) se rompió, cayendo la plata dentro del horno, quedando inutilizable. He contactado con el soporte y me enviarán unos cables de recambio (espera de 15 dias), tendré que desmontar el horno, repararlo, y ver si luego funciona.

Oggetto veramente vergognoso, non funzionante provato più volte ad contattare ed avere un rimborso senza alcuna risposta. Perso parecchi soldi.

Furnace could not reach 1085°C and could not melt copper. Despite the product description claiming it can melt copper, the temperature never exceeded 1085°C even after several hours. I followed all instructions, used the supplied crucible, and still got no molten metal. Vevor customer service response was very slow – promised within 48 hours, but actually took 165 hours. Extremely disappointed with false advertising and poor support.

De smelter is prima. maar de smeltkroes is een leugen. Je krijgt de 3kg smeltkroes dus je kan beter geld besparen en voor de 3kg gaan. Heb nu al anderhalf week een ticket lopen bij klantenservice en kastje en meur zijn goed bekeken. Waarschijnlijk komt er nu een reactie onder dat ze contact met mij hebben en opties voorstellen. Is een leugen. Ik krijg om de 2 dagen dat er niks gebeurd en dat ze mijn ticket automatisch gaan sluiten.

Used it once just followed manufacturers instructions the bottom of crucible broke shorting the coil and they want me to jump threw hoops to get a new one but wait they offered to ship me the parts so I can fix it. Then lied said they lost the parts and offered me 75 dollars back when I paid 300. Do not buy from this company

Our first one to use it, and the small crucible had holes in the bottom and all my silver leaked into the furnace. Then I tried melting copper in the big crucible, and it would not get hot enough to melt copper tubing.
