The suspension portion does not function as per my needs.

I have read so many positive reviews on these as they all function the same way with springs. This was easy to install. 2020 Spartan RD-HD 54" I did not see any difference in the ride and my yard is bumpy. Adjusted so there was free travel for my weight and it was a stiff ride as before. If I were to do it again I would not purchase this one or any one which is like this

It was not going to work for my tractor without lots of modifications. For it to have a full suspension travel, you need to add at least 0.75 more spacing for clearance…and if your seat has a safety switch, figure another 0.75. It was going to end up making my seated position at least 4” higher. I would be hittng my head on my ROPs, so I quit with the install. I requested a return and refund, but was told I needed to pay for the shipping, even though it was advertised for free returns. I ended up getting a partial refund and it is currently sitting on a shelf, just in case I ever get another piece of equipment that it actually works on.

It was the poorest instructions I’ve ever seen on any product. I actually found instructions on YouTube that were 10 times better and apparently people have figured out the manual that has sent with the product is extremely insufficient. I definitely would not buy this product again and I certainly don’t recommend it.

Customer service is terrible. If you buy something from here I hope it works for you because they will not give your money back.

Never received it it was refunded

This suspension seat is a joke. First of all it did not fit my mower as they said it would. I had to drill holes to mount it. The slide does not work and it does not ride any better than it did without the suspension attachment.

Broken and tried to return. I was finally given my money back but took forever. Was told to keep the broken part. It was also missing all the parts.

It really doesnt work at all. It will move a tiny but but not enough to give any cushion. It can not be returned per the website. I didn't try, I pretty much just threw away $100.

VERY LITTLE SUSPENSION TRAVEL. Not worth the money, spend a little more and get the Ticsea suspension system that actually has some travel. This was absolutely not worth the time it took to install it, and Vevor was a pain to try and get it returned.
