I regret buying this crap. I got 5 or 6 uses out of it and it seized due to fuel getting in the crankcase. The return attempt got nowhere, so now I have a 350.00 paper weight. When it comes to Vevor, stick to the cheap simple stuff and buy more expensive items from a reputable dealer.

I received the pressure washer, put gas and oil in it, fired right up. The only downside was there was a crack in the metal so it is spraying all over and not keeping pressure. I have contacted Vevor about this and I am just getting the typical "we have forwarded your request to the appropriate department". Submitted my issue 7/18/2026, today is 8/11/2026 and I don't know what is going on as their communication is one way and they do not actually answer my questions. Probably a good product if it didn't come broken, the 1 star is for Vevor's customer support.

I purchased this pressure washer and it was leaking from the inlet of the water connector and it blowing water from the base of the wand. I’ve been patient with them for a few weeks with no resolution or no definite answer as to when I will get a replacement to make sure that fixes the issue. The CS rep is more worried about closing my ticket and making it solved instead of helping with the problem itself. I’ve delayed making this review but after a few weeks of the same routine I’ve had enough. Either send a replacement part expedited or just get the process started with my refund due to the malfunctioning machine.

Though I purchased the pressure washer for $400 along with an extended warranty. It immediately leaked oil at the pump-engine connection upon first use. Within one week, I reported the issue with videos and photographs, noting water in the engine. The company directed me to disassemble and repair it myself despite the warranty and has since provided no resolution, leaving the unit nonfunctional.

Water pump side crack within 4 uses. They send a replacement but you fix it yourself. Not ideal.

It worked well for the first few times I used it and the hose blew off and it would not pressure wash again so I’m not really surprised

Garbage. Barely works IF it will even start. Runs for 5 mins then bogs out n won't start again for days.. trying to get a refund is damn near impossible with this place .

Fresh gas, been messing with it however it just won’t stay on. Going to have to tear it apart since it just keeps turning off

This is without doubt the absolute worst power washer i have EVER Wasted my time and money on...Pathetic quality, Pathetic, customer service,I wouldn't recommend any product your company puts on the market,But as one says ,once bitten, once shy..I would Never deal with Vevor again.Just put you in with all the other junk company's active today.Temu..Alibaba..Pure TRASH.

Je suis une entreprise et cette situation me cause un véritable préjudice. Au lieu de prendre leurs responsabilités, ils me font tourner en rond depuis plus d’un mois. Le plus choquant n’est pas seulement le problème rencontré, mais l’absence totale de prise en charge. Des promesses, des demandes répétitives, mais aucune résolution. Pendant ce temps, je me retrouve avec un matériel inutilisable. Devant cette absence de réponse efficace, je vais engager les démarches nécessaires pour faire valoir mes droits, notamment par les voies juridiques et auprès des organismes compétents en matière de protection des consommateurs. Si vous recherchez un vendeur qui assure un véritable service après-vente lorsqu’un problème survient, mon expérience ne me permet malheureusement pas de recommander cette entreprise.
