The pump has failed and we haven't even owned it 6 months only used it maybe 6 times. I bought the bigger one hoping it was better built. I'd love to have someone HELP REPAIR IT!

Pierde abundante gasolina entre el depósito y el motor. También me llegó rota el enchufe rápido para la manguera de agua. No he llegado a utilizarla. Inicio hoy mismo el proceso de devolución, espero no tener problemas.

Livraison rapide, malheureusement, par manque de protection sur les roues en plastique, une roue est explosée dans le colis intact après déballage, aucun choc apparent et le SAV me balade depuis 10 jours maintenant alors que j'ai fait un ticket dès réception et déballage avec les photos et une vidéo comme demandée Pour l'utilisation, ben faudra attendre qu'ils veuillent bien m'envoyer une roue de remplacement urgemment, sinon il semble de bonne facture, à voir plus tard, je mettrai à jour mon avis Je vous remercie

Niestety sprzęt po otrzymaniu nie odpalał , okazało się że świeca nie daje iskry , po wymianie świecy , sprzęt odpalił ale po 3 min pracy gaśnie , odpala ponownie bez problemu i znów po około 3 min gaśnie , zgłoszenie vevor nie c na e dało i pozostało bez odpowiedzi , nie polecam zdecydowanie

I have bought this pressure washer with great expectations from the product that seem to have great reviews. Unfortunately the unit didn't last but one time for one use pressure washing my driveway. The engine locked up and it seems to be a mechanical problem. I reached out to support team but unfortunately, all I hear from them is "send us video and pictures". I did that along with a detailed explanation of what is going on the troubleshooting I performed to try to repair it. Still they keep asking for videos! It seems to me that Vevor is unwilling to offer support. Not a problem, they have the ticket and the purchase order, I want my money back!! You can have the unit and do as many videos of it as you want. Very poor support team! You have done nothing to remedy my situation. I'm sorry but this is the way I feel about this experience. I didn't see much effort on Vevor's part to help!!

Bought pressure washer last month. Very hard to start first time. Will not start again. Mistake buying this.
