The pressure washer itself works very good and easy to use. Other than that the box it came in looks like it was dropped multiple times. The whole box was taped up. The washer came damaged, bent handle, bent motor mount, I had to take the motor off and bend the metal back. I reached out to Vevor and they did credit back $250. But wish they would be a lot more careful when shipping.

Bought last month. Used it twice. It has no shortage of pressure and seemed great. But just in the first use the pump is already leaking. The bolts started leaking underneath like the o rings were over crushed or not seated properly. So in the middle of the first job it starts spraying straight into the exhaust. It still finished the job and managed but the fact a washer this expensive leaked on the very first job i would say it built poorly and will likely fail quickly. Pitiful quality control.

I can only give this washer three stars because it arrived with a broken or defective part. HOWEVER,, Vevor did its due diligence and paid me a 100% refund because I was not able to get every replacement part, I still have not replaced it till this day, but that’s not to say they did not do a superb job taking care of the customer. I am 99.9% satisfied. I still have my car wash program till this day. lol, hopefully one day I’ll get around to replacing that part if I can find it to see what this machine is capable of.

Bought back in May and hadn’t opened it until today 8/10/26. When I was putting all the pieces together I came to realize a part was broken. I couldn’t even use it because of this broken part. It is brand new and this is how it arrived unfortunately.

Looks solid. Well built. Verdicts still out yet.

I've purchased several vevor products recently for majority been pleased with quality . Im surprised at difficulties w starting pressure washer having to pull more than few pulls to start seems unreasonable to me

Was very excited about this pressure washer however after receiving it and putting it together the pump had a crack in it. Customer Service was amazing and sent a new pump immediately, however that pump was too large and didn’t fit inside the frame of the pressure washer.
