Comme beaucoup d’autres, glacière reçue mais qui ne refroidit pas. ( fuite du gaz de refroidissement) Dès la réception, j’ai contacté le service client pour faire part du problème : Au bout de 7 jours toujours aucune solution apportée a part des messages automatiques me demandant des photos, puis deux jours après une vidéo du problème… (pratique !) en prime : le site n’accepte pas les videos rejetées automatiquement. Le service client est déplorable. Tout est fait pour gagner du temps. Je ne conseille ni le produit, et encore moins le service client de Vevor.

When i receive the item it came with wrong electric plug. I had to get vevor all the numbers, take pictures and jump through all kind of hoops to get anything done. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just send me the correct cord.

Reçu une glacière qui ne fonctionne pas. Signalé dès la réception et toujours rien du SAV après 6 jours et après de nombreux échanges. Déçu , difficile de recommander le site, le service et le produit. Aucun contact en France

Kühlbox wurde defekt geliefert. Kühlflüssigkeit tritt aus. Nach langen hin und her schreiben wurde Geld erstattet. Jetzt steht die defekte Kühlbox hier rum, da auf Retourschein keine Antwort kam. Mfg

La glacière frigo est super en soi. Je l’ai utilisé l’été dernier 2025. Lors d’un road trip. Elle a fonctionné parfaitement pendant le mois de voyage. J’ai voulu la rallumer cette année. Nous sommes au mois de mai2026. La glacière m’affiche le code F2. Donc au final pour avoir un retour, la glacière a servi un mois et ne fonctionne plus et impossible d’avoir une assistance ou ne serait-ce qu’une garantie..

Habe sehr viel bei Vevor gekauft ... So lange das gelieferte wird, das in der Beschreibung steht, okay 👍 sobald die einen Artikel falsch verschicken 🙄 Kundendienst ist ein Fremdwort ... Leider
