deçu de la qualité, le distributeur fuit, de plus il n'y a pas de possibilité de réglage de température. l'agitateur se bloc souvent dans le cas ou il y aurait un ajout de fruit ( citron dans l'eau par exemple )

De la vrai merde le récipient était sale les truc pour pousser le jus même pas le bon y a pas de Springsteen ses pas solide TROPPP CHER POUR CETTE MERDE

Leaking, not the good quality. Drinks keeps on dripping all the time. Bought other items as well. Vevor is fraud.

I purchased this and the extended warranty (in case we decided to stay on campus for longer) for while my coffee shop was on the local university campus for 8 weeks - March 8th-May8th. It didn't even last 7 weeks before breaking. April 20th the machine stopped working and was no longer keeping the drinks cold...the hot air stopped blowing out and the machine that had consistently been keeping drinks around 37-39F degrees, suddenly out of nowhere just stopped working, the drinks and even just water was sitting at 47-51F degrees. I reached out to the company requesting a replacement and they have been circling me around for over 3 weeks now with their "tech" department, who has given me the same trouble shooting advice twice. First one was changing the temperature gauge inside the machine (which didn't work), their next suggestion was being sure it had at least 30cm clearance around it for proper ventilation - it was sitting on an open counter top when it stopped working, and then on my dining table when I tried to adjust the temperature gauge - which I told them, when I responded both times saying none of that is working, to please send a replacement...I just opened another email telling me to adjust the temperature gauge even though I've already tried it and it did not work. So long story short don't waste your money on the machine, and definitely don't waste the extra money on the extended warranty because clearly they're not going to do anything. Spent $511.09 for something that only lasted 43 days.

Machina qui fais pas de glaces

Comprei o produto e estamos com problema, o tambor é comprido e a paleta mexedora fica no fundo, por esse motivo não mistura a bebida direito, a parte que fica na frente fica quente e estraga. Estou a dias tentando que me ajudem sobre o tema e até hoje só mandem eu encher de água no mesmo nível para gelar. Colocando sumos, a parte da frente não mistura, não esfri e estraga.

We purchased this beverage dispenser, had problems with it right when we took it out of the box. The grommet around the tank is loose and it doesn't sit as a sealer ring. the handle was out and the spring didn't go in. I reach out right to their chat customer service right the way because you can't call anyone. They gave the run around to take pictures and videos and I sure did and still didn't acknowledge my concern. We went back and fourth for a week trying to get a replacement or money back, and they didn't want to honor anything. So they forced to dispute it with my bank. Cheap products that increases your blood pressure. NOT WORTH A DIME!!!!!

Cuidado con esta página no te reembolsan el dinero si lo que compras tiene algún fallo llevo más de un mes intentando devolver una máquina porque hace un ruido que no es normal y molesta mucho y me han ofrecido primero una compensación de 150 luego como dije que no que quería devolverla y que me devolviesen el dinero me volvieron a ofrecer 290 si me la quedaba y como dije que no que quería el reembolso me pidieron un video de la máquina, luego otro video ahora como les dije que no me funcionaba el enchufe donde la enchufe creyendo que era la máquina les envío otro diciendo que si enciende pero tiene el mismo problema y quiero el reembolso me ofrecen 50 euros para arreglar el enchufe es como si me estuvieran tomando el pelo para no devolverne el dinero y obligarme a quedarme con la máquina, voy a tener que denunciarlos a la ocu la oficina de defensa del consumidor porque no hacen más que ponerme excusas para no devolverme mi dinero y llevarse la máquina porque al parecer les cuesta mucho dinero el envío para llevársela y te toman el pelo y te sobornar con dinero para no hacerlo
