U KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ASS... SO EVERY TIME I BUY SOMETHING FROM NOW WHEN YOU GET ONE STAR, BECAUSE YOU CAN'T KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT.

Unstable machine

bought the machine, and it was wobbly. The legs are not adjustable, so if it is not balanced, there is no real fix. They would not offer a refund until after 15 requests and after I called my credit card company. The machine makes the drinks cold. It does leak a little so I definitely wouldn't buy it. It's great for tradeshows or for low stakes events, but definitely not commercial grade.

Ich bin seid 28 Jahren im Gewerbe Fitness tätig, aber nicht einmal meinem schlimmsten Feind würde ich idese Firma empfehlen. Gibt es weniger wie 0 Sterne ? Minus 100 ? Gerät nach 4 Wochen Kaputt, wurde elglich Motor mit Anleitung zum Tausch gesendet.Motor nach 3 !!Wochen erhalten . Nach mehraligen anfragen wurde 30,- geschickt. Dann nochmal 80ig geschickt.Nach dem zweiten Motor Totalschaden wurden 60 Euro Geschickt. FAZIT NIE MEHR WIEDER KEINE Garantie Leisutng So wie man es gewohnt ist. !!!!! In meinen 28 Jahren noch sowas untergekommen !

The customer service is poor; I haven't received a response since I got the product. It was faulty right from the start and is malfunctioning, yet there is no response from VEVOR. I have a brand-new but damaged product that I can't use, and I need a response regarding this, please. It isn't fair that I bought a brand-new product only for it to malfunction—after all, I bought it to actually use, not to keep as an ornament. I need you to address this, please, because I keep writing to you but never get a positive response.

Extremely disappointed. I bought three commercial beverage dispensers, and all of them leak and make excessive noise. Customer support couldn’t resolve the issues despite multiple attempts. Poor quality and not suitable for commercial use. Not recommended.
