Ich finde ihren Kundenservice sehr schlecht. Antworten bei Fragen dauern Ewigkeiten und sind schwer bis gar nicht verständlich. Eine direkte Kommunikation scheint nicht möglich zu sein. Die Kanne ist eine Katastrophe. Unstabil und wackelig . Ich hoffe, dass das Gerät lange hält. Weil , falls ich Probleme habe, sehe ich bei ihrem Kundenservice dann kaum eine Chance .

I am getting a very metallic taste from in the wayer

Used it for about a week , I really liked it and was easy to use. Then tried to use it , plugged it in, lights came on but would not alow me to set it. Could not set it or operate it. I did get a refund fairly quickly but now I can't use it . I really don't know whether I should order another one or not . Truly it was so easy to get distilled water I liked it so much , but inoperable in a two week period is plainly poor quality junk..

Es la segunda destiladora que compro, La primera que compré el año pasado iba genial, pero dejó de funcionar creemos que después de una subida de tensión. Hemos vuelto a comprar la misma pero ya no destila igual deja en el vaso de cristal residuos. Esperemos que nos funcione algo más de tiempo porque no es tan barata.

Buenas noches, Sobre el destilador que compré el 19 de marzo de 2024, con el uso se ha formado un defecto en el interior. Me adhiero al periodo de garantía que ustedes me ofrecen de 3 años para efectuar la devolución. Me ha sido imposible agregar una foto. Muchas gracias Irene Vañó Belda

There is no support from VEVOR. The number they have provided in their homepage, don't answer at all. I have tried several times during their working hours, but a record says always " There is no support at the moment, contact later". When I also use "Online chat", there is a machine who is answering and repeating the same thing. After 10 times communication still I didn't get my answer.

El primero que compré tenía jarra de cristal,, aunque le faltaba que se parara automáticamente. En este sí tiene parada automática, pero la jarra de plástico es un fallo, ya que he tenido que comprar jarra de cristal, para sustituir. Gracias

Wenn ich bei einem Gerät was um die 90 Euro kostet anschliessend fast 70 Euro "Zollgebühren" zahlen muss (in die Schweiz), dann habt ihr eindeutig den falschen Versandpartner, denn das fühlt sich wirklich nurnoch wie ein Scam an. Zur Erinnerung: der schweizer Zoll möchte 8% Mwst sowie manchmal um die 5 CHF Kontrollgebühren.

I bought and got the device in 4 days. The glass holder for water was brocken on delivery. I contacted support and wanted to send back. I had to get response during 48 hours. Now i am over a week without response. I want refund or at last new glass holder for water. If all works here like this, i will never more buy at this store!
