ich hatte das ''VEVOR 4 L Wasser Destilliergerät 750 W Destillierer Edelstahl Wasserdestilliergerät Reine Wasser Distiller mit Glaskanne'' bestellt, ausdrücklich mit Glaskanne und bekam eine Plastikkanne geliefert. Das Kundenservice-Team ist ein Witz. Auf meine Reklamation hin, bekam ich nur ein hin und her Schreiben, am Thema vorbei. Tut uns leid. Toll, auf meine Frage hin, ob ich eine Glaskanne separat, für dieses Gerät kaufen kann, kam keine Antwort. Jetzt hat man mir € 20.- als Entschädigung angeboten. Ich muß dazu sagen, daß ich bis jetzt ein zufriedener Kunde war und immer alles top und wie beschrieben war. Aber diesmal bin ich einfach enttäuscht vom Service.

Una pena , pero nunca me llegó el destilador , el servicio de mensajería es horrendo , ahora si dejaran pagar contra reembolso , la cosa cambiaría a mejor , por que ahí si harán todo lo posible por entregar el pedido y Cojer el dinero

Very disappointing experience. I purchased a distiller on June 26 at a fantastic price. According to the tracking information, the shipment has been stuck due to a warehouse issue and has never arrived at my address. Today, July 29, I received a request to review the product, yet I still have not received it. Even worse, the order status shows as "delivered." How can I review a product I don't have? Based on my experience so far, this feels like a scam. I would not recommend buying from this website.

Sajnos nekem nem működött. 1 perc után kikapcsolt mintha kész lett volna. Küldtek új alaplapot amivel szint úgy nem volt jó. Végül visszakaptam az árát. Kicsit elbizonytalanodtam a márkától pedig többen ajánlották!

Only used twice.... had to be repaired after first use... company sent me the part to replace myself... bad customer service... after much communication i was able to replace the part... machine worked fine on the 2nd use.... fingers crossed for every use moving forward
