Fan would run but unit would not function. Took the plastic case off to find compressor oil all over the inside! Dead unit! Replacement is out of stock

The unit did not work from day one!!!! Customer service is terrible two weeks of going back and forth with them just to get a refund!
I’ll never buy another Vevor product AGAIN ,because of their lousy customer support alone. They do not have a phone number to contact them, chat/email is the only way to communicate and you can send them a message only to wait for 24 hours just to get a generic reply telling you to wait for 24 to 48 hours for them to work on a solution only for them to say that time and time again

Blake Gruszczynski Coil sensor failure after 1 year and 10 days(1 year warranty)
Worked amazing for the first year, I have always kept my system clean and have followed all the maintenance instructions in the manual. But after 1 year and 10 days I now have a coil sensor failure. I cannot find any replacement parts and have contacted vevor but it only gives a 1 year warranty so we will se what they do. Extremely upset to have spent 400$ on this for it to only be amazing for a year and then crap itself 10 days after warranty. But I guess that's how they build these. Won't be purchasing from vevor again if they cant fix this

We have had an ongoing issue with this product, we replaced the part you sent us and it still throws the E4 error code, and so I hand tried to email you pictures and continue with the service ticket but it apparently has been closed out!
Please send us a shipping address so we can ship it back and get a Full refund, or we will go through the BBB

Unit failed after 3 months. Refund process was exhausting it literally took two weeks with videos answering questions etc. before VEVOR agreeing to refund my money.

Geeym Didn’t last a year
It stopped working in less than a year. It worked great initially, but after about 11 months it showed signs of a low refrigerant. Vevor did not replace the unit even though it is under warranty. The offered only to refund a third of the cost after initially only offering $40 to “satisfy” me.
