When I first got the lawnmower lift, it looked nice. I used it once, worked great. Second time it almost killed me, I started jacking my machine, it was almost to the first safety click, and the top mount for the hydraulic jack came off the welds like it wasn’t even welded, just terrible,my machine collapse thank God I wasn’t under it. will never recommend this product. I just bought this couple of months ago. Use it only twice not happy at all! I’ll never recommend it.

Ordered this, was missing pieces, called to have the missing parts sent to me, over 2 months later, still nothing It's a giant paperweight Missing the "axle" for the wheels and the handle for the jack.

Put lift together, one of the tire brackets are bent, couldn't get the rod in to hold the wheels on, come to find out they had welded over one of the holes in the frame and the outside bracket was bent. Once I finally got the mower up and started lifting it, the whole lift began siding backwards and the mower almost fell off the lift. Couldn't even make it to the first hole to lock it in place or it would flip over and the wheels on the lift came off the ground. I have a scag 52" mower so the size or weight of the mower is to blamed. I am going to request a refund because I don't want to be under the mower and this thing collapse on top of me. ****It's been almost a month since I requested a refund for this thing and now I can't even get a response from anyone, several times their response was " we've sent it to the appropriate department and for review". I guess they think I will just forget about a $165 purchase that I can't use, but that's not going to happen.

Your customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I was missing parts for this jack and notified customer service. They said they would get a hold of me and 24 to 48 hours. It has been going on 3 weeks now and I have heard nothing. I would never recommend anyone buying from this company.

It was super easy to put together. It works well if you have a small mowing deck. I have a 48” deck on my mower and it won’t lift but a few inches before the opposite side hits the ground stopping you from lifting higher. Also, the front wheels don’t lift like it shows in the picture so it puts a lot of stress on the mower from twisting. It won’t work for what I need but it does work overall.

First, the directions are a joke. It eventually turns into trial and error. The material itself is flimsy, and isn't steady picking the mower up. And no sense trying to get a refund. In the company's defense they gave me half my money back. Bottom line, buyer beware.
