bonjour, la commande est bien arrivée mais l'appareil etait tordu au niveau d'une des équerres support de roue sans pour autant que l'emballage soit altéré. cela ne l'empeche pas de fonctionner et d'etre efficace. Juste sommage pour une premiere experience.

It is a cheap way to lift your mower up to get to the blades without removing the deck, works good for a riding mower but is a little unbalanced and sketchy with my zero turn. If the legs were wider in the front it would be okay. The locking mechanism is a nice feature incase the hydraulic jack bleeds off. The handle does not fit the release on the jack very well, definitely a cheap made tool but it works.

AS I WAS PUTTING THE LIFT TOGETHER THE ROD FOR THE WHEELS DID NOT LINE UP WITH THE FRAME HOLES. HAD TO BEND THE FRAME SO IT WOULD LINE UP WITH THE WHEELS. MY BIGGEST DISAPPOINT IS THAT IT IS NOT WIDE ENOUGH FOR MY 72 INCH MOWING DECK AND I DON'T SEE HOW IT COULD BE ADJUSTED TO MAKE IT FIT.

I purchased this thinking your company was different but found out not. The lift had bad instructions ,then putting together it was a flaw on the hinge screw welded part .Wouldn’t fold up right. After finally sending you pics and 6 emails . You keep repeating we’re looking into it. You finally tried to by me off for half price , I said no full price and send me RA number to return . Finally received full refund and will not buy from you again . And nio phone number to call for help. I’ll definitely let people know about Vevor .

The worst instructions for assembly that I've encountered in 60 years. Customer service would not assist me and I need help assembling this product or I'm returning it tomorrow

Doesn't work very well to pickup heavier lawn mowers like john deere

It went together well enough, and did lift my tractor, but it seems flimsy and it's not gonna last, I don't think it was worth the money or bother

First time my husband used it- fell down and I haven’t tried to out it back together. The directions were terrible- no parts list or identification. Photos that were the assembly directions were hard to decipher. Very disappointed.

This jack did not work for my Greenworks Zero Turn mower. First, when I would drive the mower into the wheel cradles, the jack would just slide backwards on the pavement. Therefore I had to stand on the jack while my wife drove the mower into the cradles (definitely not very safe). Also, when lifting the jack with the mower on it, the wheel cradle would be touching the mower deck - not sure if it was causing any strain on it or it was just barely touching. Because of this, I had to drive the mower all the way through the wheel cradles, and then reverse the mower into place so that the wheels would be facing the opposite direction and provide more clearance so the cradle isn't touching the deck. Additionally, when i would jack up the mower, the back wheels of the lift would come off the ground before I even reached the first safety lock on the jack. Definitely not safe. After messing with this jack for ONE night, the rubber feet on the jack were almost completely worn through from when the jack would slide along my driveway, and also when I would lift the mower, the jack would slightly creep forward - which it's designed to do, but the stationary feet would also slide which just further wore down the rubber feet. I reached out to Vevor support about all of these issues and after a few weeks and several follow up emails, they finally got back to me with a resolution. They gave me a $45 refund for all of my troubles. However, that just lessened the pain a little bit. Now I'm stuck with a mower jack that I can't even use due to safety issues. I did go ahead and use the jack once just to test it out with the jack's wheels off the ground (I had to use jack stands just in case it gave out). It was nice to have the mower that high off the ground, but as much work as it took to get the mower into the jack and also having to use jack stands because the jack itself is not safe and the fact it requires two people to load the mower, that just defeats the purpose of one of these lifts. I now have a mower jack that is going to sit in my garage until I get tired of it being in the way, and then it'll probably make a one-way trip to the dump. I'm very disappointed in how this particular jack functions.

The order never arrived when I try to get information they told me it was out of stock and we will get a refund even thought we already bought it. Now we have to wait until is on stock again to buy it.
