Worked one time, then wouldn't work and what a pain trying to change it out while under weight. Really lowered one time then never worked again. Terrible product.

Stopped working after 3 uses

I ordered this exact jack, one that was compatible with a 7 pin plug. What ordered was the the direct 12v version so I had to wire it directly to my battery. It certainly wasn’t what I bought or wanted but I guess the jack is okay.

This Jack does not fit every trailer. It does not align with my existing holes on my trailer. I let Vevor know, and they have pretty much ghosted me. It’s been 5 days, and all they say is we will look into it. What’s there to look into? I’ve asked for a return label, and I have not got one. So be advised. Extremely disappointed with the customer service.

My trailer jack arrived damaged in shipping. I submitted a damage report with photos immediately. The only follow-up I’ve had from Vevor was to request more photos of the shipping packaging which I submitted immediately. No further response in 4 days. This is really poor customer support. Other companies would have a replacement on the way within a couple of days.

I bought this to upgrade the crank style jack on my 2025 cargo trailer. It arrived in perfect condition and went one great. The problem is it only worked one time and then stopped working completely. I've checked fuses and the ground but its just dead. Doesn't light up or anything. I've bought several Vevor products but im pretty disappointed in this one.

Worked great at first but not its stopped lifting my trailer I can crank it manually and it will go down electronically.

The unit came out wired incorrectly… I had to take apart the 7pin connector and move wires around… so far I have it so my headlights need to be on in order for it to operate, but it’s better than nothing when I first plugged it in. Also, yes it’s slow, not a big deal…. But the throw on the isn’t very far. So when I put it on my truck’s receiver hitch, after getting the stand off the ground with the motor, I need to pull the pin to raise up the stand before I drive, I can’t just raise it all the way up with the motor.
