Rope broke first time I used it tied it back together and it broke 3 more times. I tried to return multiple times but was never provided with any solution. Emails would repeat previously answered questions. It was a unwarrantied purchase, with no costumer service was ever provided. Try a different provideder.

It's completely idiotic that they sent me a request to review a product I never got. The shipper chosen by vevor wanted vevor to contact them and they just never did. I did get a refund but not impressed at all.

I have used Vecor before but this time the item never arrived. Customer service asked me to wait for 3 weeks even though the tracking number wasn’t even showing item picked up. I would have expected them to initiate a new shipment instead of keeping my money on their system for 3 weeks and never getting the product.
