Bought it two weeks ago and it already is broken and doesn’t work. If I could give it a 0 rating I would. Still waiting on a response for a refund request

They are junk worked for 12 cycles then it gets hot and stops works until it cools down.. commercial grade what a load of crap. Then it gets worse try to get supports was told in an automated email they’ll get back to me in 48 hours. It’s now been five days stay away People don’t be a fool like me and purchase poor quality crap that has no back up supports of after sales service. They take your money and run just like every liner nowadays the bigger they get the worst they are.

Machine is making noise and have rattle like it some thing is going to break when using it … just recieved it

So I bought this machine and it didn’t seal 20 times before it quit working. If you contact vevor for service or replacement it takes two days for someone to respond, not respond and find a solution, just two days to respond to any message sent. Then they say they will look into it and to wait two more days Then they had me tear apart the machine like it’s my responsibility to fix their broken stuff. After their recommended fix didn’t work it’s been crickets. So I have sealed 20 times max and I have a giant paper weight. I had pretty low expectations going into it given the price, and they couldn’t even live up to low expectations. Save yourself the time trouble and money and buy any other brand but this one. I guarantee you will be disappointed 100 percent would not recommend this to anyone.

This machine works okay, but it produces a strong vapor that smells bad and actually burns my throat and gives me a headache. It is so bad the room needs to be vented and aired out. I say it is defective but customer service says it is normal. I'm very unsatisfied with the machine and the lack of help from customer service.

Package came damaged. Machine has dents down the side. Photos were sent in. If you pay this much for a brand new machine I don’t expect it to come damaged and customer services could care less.

Worked for 10 minutes then loudly beeps. Nothing in the Manuel to solve this and I have contacted support, they told me to turn it on and off…. So that’s helpful. They will not refund either, so I would not recommend this item It is a cheap option if it would work though

Purchased for a gift. Arrived damaged. Have provided all information as requested to Vevor customer service. Cannot get any answers yet. Been trying to resolve for 3 weeks now. Can't ring them as customer service number as advised on line is not in service. So, unable to review item as we haven't used it!

Never got this product.

Vevor has not honored their warranty after shipping a part that did not work. It’s been over 5 days and no word on fixing this unit. Very poor customer care.
