Bought one it worked a few times, then stopped. They sent me a shipping label for return. I had to pay $25 for a box to return it in. Got the new one in good time. But used it twice an didnt seal correctly either. I have emailed multiple times so I can return this one an get my money back. But still no response.

Für den Preis denke ich ist das Gerät ok. Ich konnte den Vakuumierer nur in den Müll werfen, da er per DHL so beschädigt geliefert wurde, dass er total verbeult war und abgebrochene Teile aus dem Inneren gefallen sind. Da Vevor mir aber den Kaufpreis erstattet hat gebe ich einen Stern. Schade. Ich hatte mich echt auf das Gerät gefreut. Erneut bestellen werde ich nicht, da ich denke, dass DHL wieder mein Paket herumwirft. Dann bekomme ich vielleicht kein Geld mehr zurück, weil Vevor denkt ich würde sie verarschen. Nein danke.

Machine came with no operating instructions. It doesn't tell you if it's ready to use. I haven't used it yet.

Der Vakuumierer ist seit Anfang an Defekt. Der Fi Schalter wird ausgelöst sobald der Vakuumierer in Betrieb genommen wird. Wir werden seit einem knappen viertel Jahr hingehalten. Es wird uns 20 Euro als Wiedergutmachung angeboten. Was soll das. Austausch oder Rückerstattung was anderes kommt nicht in Frage. Wir haben Garantie auf das Gerät. Nichts funktioniert...

So where the oil sits in a chamber, it gets hot. Naturally. At the bottom is a screw with a rubber gasket to empty the oil. The rubber gasket melts over time. Oil spills.

I have been dealing with their customer service for a few months now and still get nowhere. Every single video I have sent to them it is always the same answer we can't view it, try sending it another way or attach to this email and send it. It is in a wav format so it should not be an issue. They just don't want to do anything about both issues that I am having since I received the unit in April 2025. First issue is that the right-side sealing bar does not seal it leaves straight lines on the bags that can be easily pulled apart so the only side that is working is the left. Second the pump motor makes a horrible metal to metal grinding noise when it is on. There is oil in the unit at the red dot on the viewing window so It is not an oil issue. This is the first bad item I have received from VEVOR, and it will be my last if they can't get this right.

I got this chamber sealer because the reviews and ease of use! After using it two times on dry goods I now have rust all on the inside of this machine! This is supposed to be food grade and it definitely is not !

I own VEVOR products with no issues, so I purchased this sealer. Box arrived soaked in oil, pump was dry, but unit showed it passed “inspection”. Added oil to the pump, no leak while at atmospheric pressure. Upon starting the unit per the manual setup, oil was spraying from top of the pump. Either from the vent or a bad seal. VEVOR was a little reluctant to give a fun refund but did eventually agree with the return of the unit. This sealer was poorly designed with several questionable flaws, silicon rather than hose clamps and plastic parts rather than metal (pumps get hot). We were in a pinch and needed a vacuum sealer, so we borrowed a comparable model of VacMaster from a friend. Well build and worked like a charm sealing the 164 Cornish Cross chickens we butchered and parted out. For this particular item, I will be spending more to get a better designed and built unit. I still like VEVOR, but realize there is a limit to their products quality/complexity ratio.

Problem with shipping, never received it !

I have been a client of Vevor for years and made many purchase. On a recent purchase the item description and pictures appear to be incorrect and therefore the item does not meet my minimum needs. I requested a simple return and Vevor responded with basically what appeared to be the process for a hostage negotiation. All I requested was the return shipping label which they have refused to provide. They are also either not responding to my email requests or are delaying their responses. Additionally, they are sending me requests for reviews but then the URL shows 'not available.' I have no idea what is going on, but will apparently, I will need to dispute my charges through PayPal. Very unfortunate they have taken a simple return and made it a difficult process.
