The extension cable stopped working properly after it arrived. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, and they asked for photos and videos, promising to resolve it within 2-3 business days. I waited for two weeks without a reply, and when I inquired again, there was still no response!

I bought this cable in order to be able charge with maximum 11kw. My car is PHEV with maximum 7 kw.
My charger at home is for 22 kw.
But this cable is charging my car with 3 kw instead of 7kw.
Please if you can replace this cable I would appreciate.
If it worked correctly as I hoped quality and price are OK.
But it is not OK.

No me es válido el cable que compré para mi vehículo eléctrico pero es imposible hacer devolución así que si te equivocas no lo puedes devolver he realizado ya fotos vídeos y nada

The product was good, but big problem with the dilivery. Vevor did not mark the package corectly so I had to pay import duty and norweigian sales tax. So do not order to Norway!!!

Ik heb na 2 maanden nog helemaal niets gehoord of ontvangen, maar ik mag wel een recensie schrijven. Vreemde gang van zaken. Je zou het zsm ontvangen binnen een 1 week. Daar klopt dus helemaal niets van. Niet bestellen bij deze site.
Ik hoop iig mijn geld nog terug te krijgen....

Ik wilde de kabel retour sturen, omdat hij niet voldeed. Echter werd mee afgeraden om het retour te sturen, omdat dat moeilijkheden zou geven. Er werd aangeboden 30 euro te vergoeden. Heel slecht en ik hoop dat ze door deze review mij compleet terug gaan betalen.
