The instructions state one person can install a double system in 2 hours. Hahaha it really takes 1.5 people 1-2 days with multiple trips to the hardware store. You will need to get 5 wire cable used in sprinkler systems as the far motor cord is very short. I ran an extra outlet from my garage to the outside on a gfci circuit for power and cut and spliced an outdoor rated extension cord. Very good drill bits and step bits are a must. If you are comfortable with this type of work you can’t beat the price really as it is far cheaper than any other system. I added a topens gate lock and a push button from Amazon to open from the inside. Programming takes a long time to get the actuation just right. The remotes were easy to program. If you are a handy person I recommend it otherwise…

Non posso dare le 5 stelle, perché è sprovvisto di traduzione in italiano, un ottimo tecnico lo monta tranquillamente, sicuramente le istruzioni in lingua danno un supporto maggiore, il prodotto è validissimo, robusto e anche silenzioso, è stato installato e usato poche volte al momento, comunque da l'impressione di essere davvero affidabile

So far so good, though the installation was not instructed the best. The equipment seems to work, and the durability is lasting so far. No heavy winds or overload function needed yet. the overall package is surprisingly functional.

The kit comes with hardware for a round post type of gate. If you have a flat wall or something other than something round to mount to, you’ll be in the hardware store. In addition, my package description says “18 ft cable” but what I received was closer to 4 ft. I had to add 5 channel cable (kinda hard to find) to connect one of the actuators. Once I finally got the system installed and programmed, it works perfectly. Professionally installed highly recommended!

A decent product but not great if you have more than 2 vehicles. More remote controls needed but not available. Would not recommend because of this. I have bought many products from Vevor and usually all good but the limited amount of remotes does not help

What a piece of garbage, I installed it and have had issues since day one . I have tried calling the customer service number and it is all AI, I have tried the chat line and it also is AI and will only refer you to email the customer service mail which again in mor AI. I have been trying to reach and get answers from this company for three and a half WEEKS now and I have received more thank you for contacting Vevor. we are sorry you are having problems, we are waiting for your response to previous emails if you do not respond to this email we will consider the problem resolved and we will close this ticket in 24 hours. When they still have not even responded to the first response you have sent them. I have requested in every email that someone reach out to me by phone but have never, ever had a single phone conversation from a single sole in the company. If you ever need support from this company NEVER give them your Business.

I purchased these gates on the 29/06/26 initally they worked fine but after 4 weeks remotes stoppped working. The learn feature is no longer working on the control panel and remotes will sometimes activate the gates after multiple presses. I contacted Vevor support on the 4/08/26 and explained the issue uploading videos to illustrate. In the intervening 20 days I have received numerious e mails from vevor appologising for the delay, esculating my issue to the relevent department or telling me if they did not hear from me in the next 24 hours they would mark my complaint ticket as solved and close case. In the 20 days I received 1 email from tecnical support with some trouble shooting sugestions who then advising me if these didn't work the issue was most likely a faulty control panel. As they did not I suggested either send me a replacement control panel or issue me with a full refund. As of today I have heard NOTHING. I totaly accept things go wrong but to ignore a customer when they do is totally unaceptable. For this reason I regrettably suggest not purchasing from this company.
