So I bought one of these on 26th October and it arrived a couple of days later. Got all set up as per the instruction and... Nothing. E8 error, combustion failure. I had a look under the cover and it was apparent the fuel pump was faulty and barely providing any fuel to the burner. I recorded a video and sent it to Vevor, who replied with an instructional video of how to prime the fuel line and do a dry burn, which they recommended I do 5 or so times. I did this and to absolutely no surprise the fuel pump couldn't prime the line and I now also had E10 errors. Magical. Back on to Vevor support (who are in China so you only get 1 reply per day...) who offered to send out a replacement fuel pump to arrive in 10-15 days. It was quite mild at the time so I thought go for it, I'll survive. A week later winter hit the UK and I couldn't wait any longer - I let Vevor know I would like to return the COMPLETELY USELESS heater. Overnight reply came back, ”very sorry no problem we'll send you a return label. Or would you like £25 refunded and you can keep the heater?" No. Please send a return label Next day's reply,"how about £50 and you keep the heater" No. Please send a return label. Now 5 days after requesting a return, "we have 2 options for you, we can send a replacement heater or we can refund you £50". No. Please send a return label or I will initiate a charge back for the heater as it does not work. Next day, a refund was processed. And I have to dispose of a faulty heater. Avoid.

Je ne vais pas aller par quatre chemin. Chauffage de mettre, fonctionnel 2 mois, je ne m’en suis pas servi de l’été, il redémarre en octobre et fonctionne 2 fois avant de rendre l’âme ! Bougie, controleur Écu, panneau de contrôle et pompe à gazole changer rien n’y fais… Il me souffle toujours de l’air froid ! À fuir !!!!! Prenez un poêle à bois ou un VRAI chauffage diesel ! Au risque de perdre 100€ pour une expérience très éphémère…

I bought the heater the fuel pump doesn't work I have to buy another pump at my expense I am not very happy about doing this. I expected to use it right away but this is not the case

Unit failed after three weeks of operation with an E-03 code. I was camping with the family in freezing temperatures in the Ozark mountains. Had to drive to the nearest town and purchase a Mr Heater and propane. First contact with “chat” was frustrating and never responded to. Second “chat” four days later, I was told again 1-2 days for the ticket to be responded to. Then disconnected. Third “chat” took 30 minutes and after my request for a supervisor there was no response other than “wait for 1-2 days”. The response finally came two days later. We will send a part, since there is no warehouse near you it will take 10-15 days. Yet when I purchased the unit I had it in two days. Other minor issues: The App no longer connects with the unit and I have tried to delete the App and disconnecting power and rebooting the unit. The clock on the display gains two minutes a day and you can’t turn off the display. The display is mounted next to the door of my Sprinter and it’s just one of those annoying things that bug you every time you see it. I went online to see what code E-03 is and now see that the glow plugs fail consistently. Had I known that I would have purchased a spare. But now I can Wait 10-15 Days for a replacement from VEVOR! The failure of the unit and lack/frustrating response from VEVOR makes this probably my last purchase from VEVOR.

Prodotto nuovo arrivato difettoso. Assistenza pessima: invece di sostituirlo, ti chiedono di smontarlo e ripararlo da solo, offrendo un rimborso ridicolo di 31 €. Pratiche commerciali scorrette, assolutamente da evitare. Non rispettano né garanzia né cliente.

Not very impressed with vevor themselves, I ended up getting a heater that was all smashed to crap , they wouldn't replace it , at first they wanted to refund me $30 to go somewhere else to get it fixed , not realistic, I had bought a first heater from them and it was great , but when it comes to paying for something that's saposta be new and not damaged and it comes damaged and they won't replace it , not very good

I will never purchase another thing from Vevor. They have systematic problems. I recently moved not close states away. I was going to order another item weeks before this and changed my address in the account page. I changed my mind on this item. Weeks later I ordered this 8kw heater. Then I completed my checkout got to shipping info and found that I old address showed up. I left the checkout went back to the account changed my address again. Went back completed purchase my current address showing in shipping. Get an email that my item has shipped with the wrong address I immediately contact vevor where they tell me nothing they can do. Spent weeks getting used time wasted and being blamed for their shifty system and a massive lack of customer service. I will not be buying from them ever again! I don't think anyone should if they keep your money for crap they ship yo other people. Vevor has low quality stuff that always has an issue. Now they are willing to straight up steel from you!

Na jamais fonctionné Erreurs E8 je pensais que c'était du a mon installation. Après avoir enlevé, tester sur l'établit, rien a faire toujours erreur E8
