This is one awesome and strong machine. Got into making jerky and this was a huge time saver. Cuts soft things really good. Cleaning can be a beast sometimes but if you use high pressure right after you use it's not a problem. JUST DONT TOUCH THE BLADES,they are extremely sharp and you will get cut

Very happy with purchase Sliced into bacon in one second Super fast and super sharp. Use it to make jerky and bacon or to make some stirfry. Would definitely recommend. Tough tool, half price …..I agree!!!!

I'm very impressed with the speed of this machine. It makes perfect slices, strips and cubes of meat in seconds. A real time saver when prepping large batches of meat. I plan to process vegetables with it next. I bought this machine along with a rotary food dehydrator and freeze dryer. I plan on making ready-to-eat meals for hiking and camping. With all of the climate change events and political unrest in the world, it might be handy to have some comfort food stored up for a rainy day.

Love the slicer! Is recommend getting a steamer for easier cleaning but other than that we are completely satisfied

This machine changed my restaurant. We used to hand cut out meat for tacos for endless hours. Now this machine does the work of 8 staff hours in 30 minutes, without exaggerating.

The machine is very heavy and professional. But I am very confused, how can I clean its Engine oil before using it for the first time?

Machine is super heavy duty! Machined stainless steel parts. Cuts like a dream! Only criticism is that the flip down plexiglass sheild is not removable. If it was, it would be so much easier to clean.

I really like the quality of this machine. It is solidly built, and is a good size for cutting large chunks of meat into thin 1.2mm slices. The blades are extremely sharp, and cut meat in a completely thawed state with no effort whatsoever. It disassembles quickly, and the stainless steel parts can easily be submerged in hot soapy water for cleanup. I only have a few concerns: How will I sharpen the blades when the time comes? How can I safely clean down around the shaft, in between the round blades?
