J'avais commandé un appareil muni d'une télécommande. Le modèle reçu n'en possède pas en dépit d'un courriel de demande de confirmation adressé au service client avant expédition et qui n'a pas eu de réponse.

Just the Facts Jack Sticks Unless Perfectly Level

The lift mechanism sticks if the jack is not perfectly level. In my case the jack stuck while trying to let the car down, with one wheel still in the air. Luckily I was at home and had other tools to help get the car down, but this would have been bad if I had been using the jack on the side of the road. The jack should have a sturdier mechanism or at minimum it should have a built-in level.

Quand je l'ai mis en marche, j'ai cru que l'appareil allait se mettre en vrac tellement il fesait un bruit de ferraille non huilée, cela fait la deuxième fois que je suis déssus en achetant chez eux.

Bonjour, le cric marche bien pour monter un véhicule et facike à installer mais il faut faire très attention à l'inclinaison par rapport au véhicule même si ça ne penche pas beaucoup et donc que la tige du piston soit un peu désaxée par rapport à la verticale et là pour redescendre le cric reste coincé ,on ne peut plus descendre le véhicule,j'ai dû m'aider d'un autre cric pour remonter le véhicule et tout bien remettre dans l'axe et là j'ai pu le descendre .L'utilisation n'est pas très souple,peu de marge .

Après 5 utilisations fuite d'huile... Demande de prise en garantie, Vevor vous même en bateau pour finalement ne pas assurer la garantie. Ils vous proposent une somme ridicule en indemnisation.

Everything looks good, has lots of functions and tools i. The kit. My problem is after I raise to the hight I want, it slowly lowers on its own. I tried to follow the instructions on how to set it in place, bit it didn't work. I tried 10 times with different combinations to the instructions non worked. It keep lowering every time.
