I will NEVER shop at VEVOR again....
I tried to return a heated sweatshirt (actually I only wanted to exchange for a larger size) and they gave me a bunch of crap.
Terrible customer service

Hat beim 1. Auto alles gut funktioniert.
Eine Woche später beim 2. Pkw hat der Wagenheber nicht mehr reagiert, egsl was und wo man drückt. Das Gerät hat nur noch gepiept.
Nach Rücksprache mit dem Hersteller/Vertrieb konnte keine lösung gefunden werden. Mir wurden 45 Euro angeboten und ich solle das Geld nutzen das Gerät irgendwo reparieren zu lassen.
Nicht gut.
Dann würde mir ein Austauschgerät angeboten oder 88 Euro und
ich kann das defekte Gerät behalten.
Auch nicht gut.
Dann habe ich angeboten das ich den Kaufpreis erstattet bekomme und mich um die entsorgung kümmere.
Das hat der Vertrieb dann gemacht.
Aber der Koffer ist schön für das Gerät. Schade das der Rest nicht funktioniert und auch sehr billig wirkt.
Hab jetzt von ATU einen Scherenwagenheber zum Kurbeln. Wunderbar.

The Jacks I‘ve got are 1,8 Tonns, not 5 as you describe.
I’m thinking to give you a negative score on Google.
They are working fine,I tried them last weekend.
But..
Label on them says 1,8 t

Matériel dont la qualité laisse a désirer.
Le gonfleur ne fonctionne plus après 3 utilisations...
Si vous comptez sur ce produit en cas de panne, et bien révisez vous... vous resterez sur le bord de la route.

Ce produit n'est pas conforme , après livraison j'ai essayé le cric , qui fonctionne , depuis je n'avais pas eu l'occasion de tester les autres fonctions , lorsque j'ai voulu utiliser la position gonflage ,le compresseur c'est fait entendre environ 3 secondes puis ...fini ,ce produit ne fonctionne pas , la finition est moyenne , ce qui est particulièrement énervant est de gaspiller du temps et de l'argent en achat , logistique ...d'un produit NEUF assez lourd ,qui ne fonctionne pas ,alors qu'il suffit de faire un CONTRÔLE QUALITÉ AVANT de le mettre en vente .

Recu le 16 août 2025 mais le cric a monté une fois et ne redescends plus..pas moyen de contacter et demander un remboursement ou un échange..

levanta bien mi mondeo , pero cuando lo he puesto con un volvo xc 90 que pesa 2400 kg , no levanta ni una rueda del suelo , el interruptor que acciona el compresor está siempre encendido , una decepción absoluta
